General Managers really need to pay attention the there employees attitudes. The girl not only could she not say hi, bye, your welcome or anything her attitude handing me my food was just un necessary. Then asked me if I want any sauce but doesnt put 1 pack of anything in the bag

This location hasn't seen an update in quite awhile.
The bathroom was in quite a state. Due to physical limitations I usually use the handicap stall (high toilet, bars). This one had no door.

I ordered two sandwiches, one medium fry and a medium tea for delivery via the Arby’s app yesterday. I believe it was delivered using DD but I definitely ordered via the Arby’s app. I requested three packets of sauce and one ketchup. The sandwiches, fries and drink were delivered as ordered, however, I did not receive the sauce, ketchup or even a straw for my drink. This issue cannot be placed on the delivery driver as the bag is sealed. This shows a complete lack of care for the customer and Arby’s staff/management is solely responsible. Arby’s sandwiches are a favorite and I know I will order or visit again. I hope staff will be more diligent with order processing.

Rudest woman I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. Middle aged brown haired caucasian that said she was a district manager refused to answer a question about my order. I am a an old school person that believes in speaking respectfully to all, especially your elders, and she fails. Only 3 times before in my life have I had an issue with such an attitude from a manger. I am over 65. Sad. Did not want to eat there after that.

It is currently 9:51pm on Friday August 1st. About 5 minutes ago I was denied access as a walk-in customer. They said, “do you have a car?” I don’t, I walked from my place and I am very disappointed I can’t get Arby’s like I wanted. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Pretty sad that you can’t even follow your posted hours.
