I had my ordered messed up on Friday and a manager name Rodger did he would replace it and even throw in a drink and a side and I called today Thursday and spoke with a manager named Tiffany and I asked if my name was on the list for my replacement order and she hung up on me twice and when I called back, it would just ring and no one would pick up. This was at 10am in the morning on Jan 30, 2025. How disrespectful can a person be to hang up on a customer asking about my replacement order? I’m never going bald to this store again. Not sure why people now a days in 2025 have to be so rude and disrespectful and nasty and hang up on customers just trying to get their replacement order. This is what’s wrong now a days with businesses and restaurants in general, no one owns up to what they do and they get away with every wrong thing they do and management staff is just as bad and it starts with management and if they are disrespectful and rude, employees will follow that and will also be the same as their managers. You lost my business and all my coworkers and friends and family will no longer go there anymore.

After packing, moving & then driving 5 hours in one day I was tired & didn't pay attention to my order. Apparently, I didn't input enough sauces as we had 2 meals. So I waited, & waited, said Mam at one point to which I was completely ignored. Then a male employee came around the corner & I politely asked for some Arby's sauce. He said as snotty as can be, "well I put in there what you requested." To which I replied it's been a long day & 5 hours of driving, I need a few more Arby's sauces. He gave me a curt, smirk with the sauces & walked off. I said this place is rude upon leaving.
I'd understand if I had accused them wrongly, & but I didn't do that. I simply asked for some Arby sauce. Shouldn't be that big of a deal. There were 0 people in the restaurant other than me & 3 workers. I don't think asking for extra sauces justified any rudeness. Kind of a hostile Atmosphere. They did get the order done quickly & there was nothing wrong with our food. Which is sad because I appreciated that.

I have to say I was impressed with my previous two visits. Compared to a couple years ago they have stepped up their game. The lobby was clean and had a good atmosphere.

I personally love Arby’s and the people here are usually very friendly. However I do think it’s a bit silly when I order 2 classic roast beef’s, 1 cheese roast beef, and two orders of mozzarella sticks, and I somehow check my bag to see if 1 cheese roast beef, one order of mozzarella sticks, and a large fry. Little goofy and slightly concerned for the eye sight of the workers if that happens, but at least they were friendly and fixed my order no problem when I came back around. Great food friendly workers.

They don't have a clue. I ordered six cheese sticks and a small crinkle cut fry in the app. First I was told I could not pick up at the drive through then when I went inside ( I have respiratory issues) I had to wait 14 minutes past the time it would be done. 5 of these minutes while some little girl looked for marinara sauce that they did not have. Now my food is cold. I won't be back here neither will any of my family.

This place is under staffed and the lobby cashier never created us. We waited for 10 minutes for service and left. There was only 3 persons in line, including myself, so the service should not have been so terrible.

Everyone seen I was standing there waiting to order my food and no one not a single person stepped up to do so they acted as if I wasn’t there messing with cups standing around you have lost a lot of money to your staff at the Arby’s on Davis and olive just straight unprofessional you need new staff that will actually do their jobs I have worked food my entire life and there is no excuse to leaving a customer in the lobby and every now and then look to see if they are still standing there
