So I arrived and got to the counter there was 3-4 people working I sat waiting at the counter for someone to take my order for over 20+ minutes I finally left and went someplace else

wish the owner would start watching the cameras. everytime i’m in to pickup orders for doordash i only ever see 1 or 2 people preparing food while the older managers seem to just find ways to look busy and act complacent towards the restaurant. wouldn’t consider eating here till they are removed… tonight i witnessed them forget items in a drive thru customers order, and when the customer came inside to retrieve missing items all i saw was a rude and dismissive staff, and seemed like they gave him the missing items against their will. major management issues.

Me and my boyfriend love Arby’s . And I ask for the same thing every time I come , a number 14 extra ranch no tomato add mayo , it never changes , but the last time I went it was wrong and the manager on duty , a white older male was very rude whenever the sandwich was messed up . And I wasn’t even mad about it I juss wanted it re made. We decided to come again because like I said we love the place . But when I asked for my sandwich again this time it was nothing but ranch … EVERYWHERE . Like I was gonna eat it but then I truly could not . One side of the sandwich only had half of a slice of cheese and 1 crumb of bacon . Bc everything else had slipped off . I went in , I was super nice about it and then the same manager was very rude to me where the customer behind me even said something about it . I’m truly disappointed.. I didn’t get upset until he was really rude to me .

I am not one to complain unless it’s warranted. My husband, daughter, and I just got off a long day of work. Tired and hungry, we chose Arby’s. Typically if we visit mobile hwy we get great service, great food, and are happy when we leave. 2 weeks ago my husband tried this Arby’s. They were out of 90% of their food. Okay fluke right, like how often does that happen, so tonight we tried again. Nothing alarming walking into the door. 2 ladies waiting on a remake and a gentleman in front of us.
So we place our order, then a few more people walk in place their orders. Okay, normal,
30 mins passes by, we notice the gentleman getting a refund for his order. Ladies are still waiting on their remake. Others are all waiting, drive through is now backed up. I finally go up the counter to get told that they are waiting on roast beef. Isn’t that like most of what they serve. The shift leader says he putting it into the fryer to see if it will cook faster. So now I went from a semi healthy meal to something fried that’s not supposed to be fried. I suffer from low sugar attacks that give severe headaches that are hard to come back from. The shift leader was mad he had to give another refund. Then turns around and charges me almost $9 for 3 drinks that should have been free based solely on the amount of time I was sitting there waiting on food that I never got.
We left went to Wendy’s. Now why the review. 5 other people I personally saw in Arby’s are now all coming to Wendy’s. I was finishing my food. So another 30 mins and they still don’t have food to serve to guest. There seriously needs to be something done about this. Food has prep times, managers should know these times. When you see your food getting low, don’t wait until the last minute to start more. Be proactive. I can imagine in a little over an hour Arby’s lost at least $500 from lack of food. Based off just my order alone the lost $50

Good cheap meal

No boxes for meal box. No ketchup. No fish sandwich when advertised. No mozzerella sticks for meal box. 2 people working. Sat outside the other day in drivethru and was forgot about while waiting for food. Ive been going here for years but obviously new management sucks.

Today is February 12th 2026 I tried to get into the store multiple times to go eat breakfast and they have the doors locked can't even get in
Waited 30 minutes for three tenders at 3:30 on a not busy Sunday afternoon. I recommend you don’t waste your time here.

Its what you travel to Arbys for. You want a roast beef sandwich with Arbys sauce and its that same everytime. The curly fries are still as crappy as they always have been but you get them anyway because they are always hot and fresh and the staff is always polite and will joke with you if you joke with them.

Got a #8 large, the curly fries were very old and hard, the sandwich was awful. An old burnt chicken tender size piece of meat on a cold bun covered in lettuce and I'm assuming honey mustard. The sweet tea was straight sugar water. I don't know if it even had any tea in it. 2 sides of cheese sauce and the containers were a quarter full. ($16 for junk.) I understand it is fast food but it was all terrible. O/10 do not recommend. Not a busy location at all.

Awful service- food wasn’t even hot but we had to wait for it- plus half of it was missing.
Ordered a beef and cheddar meal (amongst other food) from Ariel who was consistently calling me love which felt very condescending I was charged for the full meal and yet didn’t receive the beef and cheddar- I made it all the way home and realized then I called to come to a simple resolution and Ariel told me that there was never any charge for a beef and cheddar meal which is wild since she is the one that took my order and that I would have to come back with the receipt for proof because “she didn’t believe me”. I’m in town visiting and my family says that place always messes orders up so I’m definitely reccomending yall go anywhere else. Nasty service.

Absolute chaos from start to finish.
My sandwich was so overloaded with cheddar it wasn’t even on the bread ...just a gooey disaster I couldn’t even hold. My fries? Maybe a third of a serving and freezing cold. They tossed everything in the bag with zero care: no napkins, no straw, cheese smeared everywhere. The whole place runs like nobody respects the customer or the job. Whether it’s lousy management or staff who’ve given up, this was a full-on trainwreck of an experience.
