When is the Arby's today on my mile Haven't been to Arby's in a long time. We tried. The fish sandwich... It was very good!.. I wasn't real hungry when I went in. So all I have was the fish sandwich cuz I heard about it on TV. For the price.. and the size is a great deal it's a bargain!!

A regular Chicken Sandwich last night with a medium Sprite sprite was so sugary, it tasted like straight syrup and the Chicken Sandwich and fries. The sandwich was so soggy I could bear to look at it and the fries were so dry so old that I could hit it on my door and it makes a knocking sound This is by choice the worst arby's in pensacola , panhandle

Please forgive me if I misspell her name. The manager Aushanti, is wonderful with a great staff. I was having issues with an Arby’s e gift card and other stores (NDavis in particular) said we can’t help you. Aushanti knew exactly what to do, while being professional and kind. Thank you. Great food, clean bathrooms, and attentive staff

The worst Arby’s I’ve ever had the displeasure to go to. Went thru drive thru got a #1 with a sweet tea and apple pie shake. Got to window paid, received my sweet tea and my shake, then told to pull up and wait for the rest of my food, which was just one sandwich and a medium fry. The store was not busy at all. ..I was made to wait 10 minutes for barely warm food not fresh. The fries were hard and greasy and half full and the sandwich which was just supposed to be a regular roast beef Instead got a cheddar roast beef with sauce added, and the bread had gristle on it… nasty, Hell, even the tea tasted old hard to ruin sweet tea . Needless to say instead of going back to the line and complain I just threw it all away wasted my $15 will not be going back. Also would like to add I’m a very friendly person I say thank you and please, even when the service is not great and I would like to add the service was not great. i’ve worked in customer service. I’ve had to deal with really shitty people and I still kept a smile on my face and said thank you and please and have a good day. It’s very basic stuff. Customer service is not taught anymore and it’s ridiculous.

Came to this location at around 7pm and i ordered a greek gyro, the girl at the window said to pull up to the sidewalk so i did and waited 20 minutes for my order, all the while i see other people behind me ordering food and filling the driveway.Not a single food item came out for anyone and everyone behind be left the location without getting their food.

The service tonight was so good. I don't even think I had a bad day or anything, but when the person working the drive thru was so nice it meant everything.
The food was good. Standard Arby's food, But it tasted so much better with the side of kindness.

So I go inside this location earlier tonight to check on my order after waiting 15 mins when there's nobody else there except me and after I changed my order to where I didn't order any chicken because they told me it would be a wait on items with chicken. Anyways, I go inside and I ask what the issue is and the kid who took my order looks at me and says the guy in the back is slow, as in he doesn't care. I look at him and he's smiling and laughing and then proceeds to throw my gyros he just finally finished wrapping through the serving window. Complete lack of professionalism there. Hopefully the guy in the kitchen isn't working there too much longer.
