I love Atlas Oyster House. I just attended one of their tri-annual oyster dinners. It was educational, entertaining, and the food and service were amazing. They also have 75¢ oyster Tuesdays. I attend that as often as possible. They have lots of drinks from local breweries/wineries. Quality is present start to finish, food drink and beyond. Lyndsey in particular is my favorite server. Very intuitive and there when you need her.

Above anything else the value for the oyster dinners are insanely cheap, it is priced liked the 90s, and I’m about that life. There is some real technical skill in the kitchen from Chef Jason and staff. Personally on a “5” course menu I would argue most people shouldn’t love every item. The Chef should push ingredients and combinations the average patron has not experienced before. Some will work, others may fall flat, but the fun is in the newness and excitement therein. For example, I don’t like raw oysters. However, people should still push through even if one course is outside of their comfort zone.
The biggest downside is the dinner doesn’t run smooth after the meal is done. The reservation should have you pay up front so upon completion you don’t have to wait and settle up checks with everyone else.
With the quality and quantity of food and drink, plus guest speakers throughout the meal, I would highly recommend this dinner to everyone.

I haven't been here in a year and just as expected, excellent! The red snapper was fantastic and Rachel provided great service with just the right amount of checking in on me. And like before, I will stop in again next time I am in the area!
This evening, we had a delightful experience at The Pensacola Fish House. Our meal consisted of Ma's Hot Collard Green Dip, The Southern Pimento Cheese Board, Fish House Punch, and the Peach Tea cocktail. The collard dip was creamy, funky, well balanced and served with fresh pork rinds. The pimento cheese board was a little sweet due to the honey, but we enjoyed it. The service provided by Nick was outstanding, as he was both attentive and fun. We were seated at a waterfront table, which afforded us beautiful views of the bay, boats, and bridge. We will definitely be back.
After a hard day flying around TStorms and getting yelled at by Air Traffic Control landed in good weather in Pensacola.
Headed to my favorite Restaurant there “ THE FISH HOUSE” One section of tho old building a sister operation is an authentic old school oyster bar in a upscale refined setting, Beautiful wood bar and seating and Shuckers working hard to keep up with demand. ATLAS as its called is without a doubt the finest Oyster House Ive ever experienced. Makes all the fru fru fancy joints popping up to meet demand in the Palm Beaches look like the pricey BS joints that they are. Tourists there dont care what they pay or eat its all show.
Happy hour $ at Atlas, were giving them away in retrospect. Cocktail sauce with horse radish and the vinegar concoction Ive never quite been able to figure out but scrumptious.Saltines , hot sauce and fresh lemon on every platter. Xtra oysters thrown in by the shuckers when they saw me eating these delights like a wild dog on a pork chop. In all honesty it was just a feast for a weary pilot but an experience. Thank you Atlas!
Cant wait to come back..

The burger was phenomenal! I’m allergic to shellfish, but I don’t like to keep the family from enjoying it. They decided they wanted to try Atlas yesterday while they were in town. The biscuit board was great, service was great, & everything was clean. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever FINISHED a burger that big before. It was THAT good. The angus was cooked to perfection & the sourdough bun really took it home. It made me realize we’ve been doing home burgers all wrong.

Excellent food, best seafood I’ve had honestly! Cocktails are amazing, service is top notch! I’ve had the catfish and the Redfish…both times were great. Highly recommend. Great view of the harbor and bay!
First time here, it was amazing, we got oysters, the roasted half chicken, and a couple glasses of wine. Our server was also incredible. We’ll be back!
