Every time I’ve been they charged our card twice. They always say that it didn’t read the card the first time so we have to scan it again. Last time I specifically asked if it changed twice and they promised it didn’t, but when I got home I found out that it did charge twice. I’m not happy and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I stopped in while at the opthalmologist in the mall and decided to get a pretzel (I'm not so much a pretzel fan, but my girlfriend wanted it). The pretzel nuggets caught my attention, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by just how good these things are!!! They are soft and buttery, with just the right amount of salt, and OMG I want more! I also tried the mango spritzer to wash it down and that was also really good. My only complaint is that it's nestled into a busy Pensacola mall, but I wouldn't have found it had it not been.

This place has never had whole pretzels ready at lunch time. Or really any time. Every time we go they only have the pretzel nuggets. Only card payment is an option too and they do not print receipts.

They pretzels are good when they make them. The staff is very bothered when asked to make other things or just say no.

I noticed everytime I went they never had the regular pretzels available. After reading the reviews, it seems many people have the same experience. I can only assume this is to push sales for the more expensive pretzel bites. Whatever the reason, it's a dishonest business practice. If a product is on the menu, you need to serve it. I will no longer be giving this place my business.

I ordered cinnamon pretzel bites, i received them very cold. The cashier was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was in line ordering, and she gave me such a disrespectful face just because she obviously didn’t want to do her job. It was extremely unprofessional, and disgusting to say the least. Handle your employees attitudes better.

July 14 2:30pm 2024 what a rude service from that color person what’s the point asking a question of what you want if you going to get upset. Little girl go back home if you don’t like your job. Dealing with people is not easy I get it I do have my business and I know how it is but that whole actitud you give.

Disappointed, I was seriously craving a pretzel and when I got there they said they wouldn’t make it and insisted I buy the pretzel bites. Honestly it’s more calories and I just wanted a full pretzel not the bites. They refused to make it and there was no line or anyone waiting. I would’ve waited but was given no option except the bites :(Staff was slacking the ability to do their job and that was disappointing

I went to the mall today wanting to get a regular cinnamon pretzel. I asked the cashier how long it would take for them to make one since they didn’t have them ready she said 5-10 minutes I said okay I would love one please. She then informed one of the workers to make one and was advised no to sell me the bites. There was no line, there weren’t people waiting and yet she told her no they will not make it. It was mid day 4pm so there was no reason to advise her no. It was pure laziness and again no line. Really sucks that her team didn’t want to make it but the cashier really was trying to help. Couldn’t try this place out and for this I’m giving 1 star.
