not sure how you can improve..besides starting over and getting someone who can cook asian cuisine and people who wait on tables that are familiar with the ingredients of the dishes on the menu.

Sushi Bang Bang still has limited seating and is observing COVID 19 protocols even though most restaurants aren't anymore. They serve very generous portions and their pricing, as compared to all the other Sushi places I go to, has not gone up. Additionally a lot of Sushi restaurants now have opted to reduce quantities and keep pricing the same, for example Sushi used to include 2 pieces and Sashimi 3, now it is 1 and 2 respectively in most places I go to, not so at Sushi Bang Bang. I ordered the Conch, Octopus, Shrimp salad only with Conch and Octopus and the quantity I was given was the most I have every gotten anywhere.
