I DoorDashed chicken pho from this spot, and we overall very happy with my experience. Upon a quick arrival to my hotel, I noticed that the food was packaged securely and the restaurant followed my request for no chili and a sriracha packet. The bowl was packed with noodles, meat, and other toppings. There was plenty of broth, even more than I needed. My slight critique is that I prefer more flavorful broths, but it was still so delicious and nourishing for my body.

It used to be better when they had the actual hot chili oil and hot sauce that you serve yourself. They say they can’t find it and sub it with siracha but it’s literally at every Asian market I just got one myself today. The meal portions have also gotten smaller when it was already smaller compared to the other pho places. I used to come all the time but stopped and tried again and won’t be back for a while.

The best part about this place is their broth. The vegan broth flavor is very deep and is the most authentic tasting vegan broth we’ve found in town. You can tell they know how to spice their pho. I can’t give them 5 stars because the noodles are always over cooked. It’s where they miss. I’ve been four times and each time after my first, I’ve requested that they don’t cook the noodles for as long as they normally do. They usually make a note for the kitchen but every time they are still soggy, falling apart and chewy with no bite at all. The soggiest pho noodles I’ve ever had from a restaurant or from my Vietnamese family members. Also, the pho condiments aren’t served with the soup. There is a toppings and sauces bar instead, which is almost always empty. I have to ask them to refill it each time, which is a bit annoying because I hate to bother them, I feel it should be monitored better and stay stocked if they aren’t serving the condiments directly like most places. The soup spoons are plastic. The spring rolls have good flavor but taste like they’re prepped way ahead because the wrappers are always hard and dry. Honestly, the broth is just so good so I’ll keep coming back for it but next time I’m picking up an order of rice noodles from either PhoEver or Golden Palace and then I’ll just order the broth from Basil & Sprout and bring my own soup spoon from home lol. I think it would completely elevate the experience. All in all, this place would be phenomenal if there was just a little bit more love and care put into the little details.

I was really excited to try Basil & Sprout, when I saw it recommended for me. We went there for dinner and we enjoyed our Pho. I got the Buddha Pho and my sister had the Beef Pho and she got the pork egg rolls as well. I also got a tea infused with mango. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was clean, and the staff was polite. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely go again!!

Pork egg rolls were tasteless and greasy. Pork sandwich bread was crusted, dry and brittle, almost too dry to eat overall. Have had better here in the past, but it has been a while.

So I ate here for the first time a couple days ago. Since then, I have been back two more times in the same week! My favorites so far are the Bao Tacos, and Bok Bok wings. I ate the wings before I could get a picture. Trust me though this place is good. This just might be my new favorite place to eat in Pensacola.

My friend recommended me here, apparently they allow a special order for her and her husband so she’s always raving about this place! We loved the cleanliness of the store and the boy/guy behind the counter is very nice, great service with a smile!

I was so excited to find a vegan pho. The Buddha pho was delicious with a mushroom broth and plenty of veggies and tofu.

The food is soooo good. Fresh ingredients, great flavor and to top it off healthier than fast food. Prices are good when you consider the quality they are just a little more than a fast food meal.

Meats are chargrilled. The beef short rib bahn-mi was flavored excellent. Nice garlic flavor. The rice plate portion is a nice size. Great place for a small snack or a full meal.

First time visiting. The staff is very pleasant. My order was wrong (my fault) and they changed it without a fuss. Five stars all round. I'd definitely go back.
