Baskin Robbins in Pensacola

“We went through the drive thru and I tried to order the oreo coffee flavor that was seasonal and I didn’t know it. Anyways I tried to order this and the girl at the drive thru says they don’t have it so i asked if all the flavors are on the menu what they have and she responded with “idk what’s on the menu out there.” I just feel this is not good customer service and it felt i was an annoyance to her. Definitely some room to grow. Other wise the ice cream was delicious.“

“We went here yesterday afternoon, The lady who served us was very nice. She was by herself and was taking care of drive thru customer and in-store customer. This store is combination of dunkin donuts and baskin robbins so you can also try some dunkin donuts menus as well. The store was clean and bathroom was clean also. Thank you for the good experience“

“Had a late night ice cream craving so decided to swing by this Baskin Robbins around 9pm. Had a great selection still for as late as it was and the guy behind the counter was super friendly and made good conversation while still giving fast service when we decided what we wanted. Left happy!“
