We were welcomed the moment we entered the door. They had my wife's favorite ice cream. My question was answered about a product. They cheerfully served us. They thanked us for coming.
We went through the drive thru and I tried to order the oreo coffee flavor that was seasonal and I didn’t know it. Anyways I tried to order this and the girl at the drive thru says they don’t have it so i asked if all the flavors are on the menu what they have and she responded with “idk what’s on the menu out there.” I just feel this is not good customer service and it felt i was an annoyance to her. Definitely some room to grow. Other wise the ice cream was delicious.
I showed up here at 10:40 today with my elderly father and son. Upon trying to open the door, I saw the sign that they didn't open until 11:00. No problem. We started to walk away so we could come back when they opened, only to be warmly welcomed into the store by the owners anyway. They were so kind and eager to please us. That they did. I wanted to thank you guys for being so forgiving with your time and service. Bravo! What an inspiring example of how to be towards...
