Wanted a banana split. On the menu board for almost $9. Across the street from a Walmart but had no bananas. Said they NEVER have bananas. Ended up over $4 for one very tiny scoop of ice cream.

I would give more stars if they were available. My husband and I very seldom go out due to todays society but I’m glad we did tonight because this was the best service from anywhere in a long time! Oscar is top on customer service made it difficult to select he was very personable offered sample flavors if we wanted to taste before ordering and wasn’t rushing us at all. Husband got a banana split and I got the best waffle bowl ever but didn’t take pictures because I dug in as soon as he handed it to me since I never had a fresh waffle bowl before. Everything hit the spot and the customer service and conversation was a pleasant end to our night. Thank you Oscar for nailing it tonight, you were awesome!!!!!!!!!!

The sign on the ice cream counter said free waffle cone with three scoops but I was charged $2 for the cone. The ice cream was already dripping off my cone at the register. $9I sat in my car to eat it with A/C running. The waffle cone was stale and kind of chewy. It broke right above the paper liner. The ice cream was melting and sliding off the broken cone. Even with fewer scoops this would have been a disaster! The ice cream isn’t kept cold enough to prevent it melting so fast. The ice cream tasted great. I hated losing so much of it.

This place is a rip off I asked for 2 scoops and the ice-cream was so hard it took her 5 minutes to scoop it then it seemed like I only got 1 scoop. Management needs to do better at this location.

If you are traveling North on the Mobile Highway, be careful turning left into the parking lot. There is a chunk of concrete in the driveway that could damage your car. We went for ice cream at 8:30 on Sunday. They were supposed to be open to 9:00 PM. We tried the drive through, but the current flavors were not listed. We tired to go into the store, but the door was locked even though the sign on the door said they were open to 10:00 PM and there was a person working in the store. We left and will not be back. Very poor service.

I hate the service here every time and always get disappointed because they are out of everything by 1pm! The management isn’t any better and don’t care about any complaints or issues!!

Made online order for cake. Email receipt says to call store direct if you need to cancel. Nobody at store knows how to cancel and i've called 3 days in a row, left multiple voicemails. I have confirmed the manager has been in the store and even on the day I was assured they call it didn't happen. Do not order online from this location, they will refuse to help and do something that I can't look at any other way besides theft. I've filed a complaint with corporate. Hopefully this will make something happen but I advise to stay far away from this place.

Footage Found

Just picked up an ice cream cake I had ordered and it is completely freezer burned. The guy joked when he brought it out that it was very “frosty.” The box was wet and open as well. I said “it looks like it’s freezer burned.” And he told me, “well, that’s the only freezer we have to put them in…” I’m not sure how that is supposed to be relevant or helpful to me. I paid almost $40 for this cake. I had to take it, as it’s for a party today, but will be calling to see what they can do about this. Will update my review depending on the outcome.

Store just needs to shutdown. Unable to provide minimum service to operate. As someone who eats Baskin Robbins a lot, I always have my hopes low anytime I visit this store and I still get let down each time.Store will most likely be understaffed, out of ice cream, and most likely no waffle cones. While not surprising as the store has been like this for the past year, one would assume improvements over time but with this store it's only gotten worse.

Ammending my post 8/3/2022Stopped in to get a sundae today. I wanted the brownie sundae, but they're often out of brownies, today was no exception. I then asked for a 2 scoop sundae. I was told they were limited on flavors. I asked for my favorite, and they were out. It's a popular one y'all.Staff was a little slow, our order was correct, however we were asked several times about each individual item. At closing time, they just shut the lights off instead of saying a word.

The store smelt pretty rough and they didn't have very many ice cream flavors available. I got a pre-packaged tub because I didn't trust the ones they had out or the cleanliness.
