We are locals and have few close-by restaurants to choose from so we have been to Beach Buzz several times both dine-in and take-out. They ALWAYS seem understaffed. Tonight is the final straw. I called to place an order for take-out and was put on hold….10 minutes later, after hearing the noise and conversations at the bar, I hung up. Tried calling g back 3-4 times and it went to a busy message, which means the bartender forgot about the call. So I drove up to to the restaurant I place my order to be met with a short “I’m too busy” attitude. I don’t know why that place has the bartender take phone orders/handle the take-out orders but it is NOT a good or easy set up, especially on a Friday or Saturday evening when the bar top is crowded. I was told 20-25 minutes for the cook time. 45 minutes later my food was waiting at the bar. I usually tip servers but not tonight! The owner needs to hire more help on the weekends. When we’ve dined in, the service has been slow. Their pizza and calzones are good but the rest of the menu is meh.
Super disappointed tonight and won’t be back anytime soon if ever.

The place seems like your typical sports bar. We sat ourselves. The place was clean. The menu seemed to have quite a selection. We got the 20” taco pizza. The toppings were quite minimal. I felt like I tasted just cheese and charred crust. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I may stop in again if I’m in the area and will try something else. Check it out and see what you think.

Great laid back place for dinner. Our server Lizelle was a fantastic server! We had a few different items and they were all good. Have been here several times and have always had a great experience.

Ok let me start off by saying I rarely ever! Leave reviews. But in this case I feel it's necessary. Let's start with the food. We ordered my daughter the wings, along with a simple cheeseburger for myself. It's was horrible! The wings were so chewy and rubbery that my daughter couldn't finish them. Left them wasted on the table to hit the trash. My cheeseburger was ordered medium well, but this thing was so over cooked that I only could eat two, or three bites and leave it to be wasted and trashed along with the wings. For an appetizer we order the nachos which is supposed to come with queso, olives, sour cream, etc. What we received was burnt nacho chips, no queso, dried great value shredded cheese, and no sauce. All of this while only being offered our first initial drink, and not a single one after that.

Now the waitresses/bartender girls only care about the bar. One would look our direction and possibly thought maybe she should come and check on us and see if we may need anything, but she decided not to and to continue entertaining her drunken friends at the bar. While the other lady was walking up and down the floor, crying, hugging everyone who would take one, and totally disregarding our table.

If you're looking for a spot to get laughs from drunken senior citizens at the bar all telling you how great they are, then go for it. This is your spot. They'll welcome you, wear little tight shorts to reel you in, and feed you all the liquor your stomach can handle all while emptying your wallet. But if you're there to enjoy a family outing after getting off work and enjoy what you think is good eating, then trust me and go a little bit further down the beach. This place is NOT IT! We should've known when we were the only ones eating. Everyone else were at the very bottom of their glasses, including the crying waitress enjoying her glass of wine.

I'm not one to send food back that's not up to par, I'll just simply never return and inform others of the same. I typically tip between 30-50 dollars to whomever is taking care of my family and I. Today I tipped 5 bucks. $78.00 for burnt nachos with no fixings, rubbery wings, and a burger that taste like a hockey puck, I think five bucks is a justifiable tip. Never again!!!!!

Well, first, a big shout-out to Laramie, our waitress! I found this place on Google, and from the moment I stepped in the door, she made us feel like we stepped into her kitchen at home!
The food is really good, and the atmosphere is casual. It's located right across from Big Lagoon St. Park, and minutes away from Gulf Beaches.
Whether you are a tourist or a local, you can't go wrong with a visit here. You won't go away hungry, that's for sure!

Service is slow, and not really friendly. I had lasagna which had too much cheese, and I like cheese. We got something to go, and found a hair....I can't go back. That was my 3rd time eating there. Not impressed 😕

My guys and I normally eat here 2-3x a week. They have our ordered memorized and have drinks waiting for us at our table when we walk in. These guys are great, if you’re ready this deciding on food, just go ahead and go 🤙🏻

Local here who has watched this location change hands several times and always tries to give new places a fair shot.

On our first visit, we were quoted a 45-minute wait despite only a few cars being in the parking lot. On our most recent visit, drinks were prompt, but the bartender spent much of the interaction loudly talking himself up, listing his connections, and making comments about how lucky we were to have met him, which felt awkward and unprofessional.

The food was disappointing. The wings were extremely overcooked and tasted like little more than Frank’s Red Hot mixed with garlic powder. Overall, the meal was not enjoyable.

We’ve given this spot multiple chances, but unfortunately won’t be returning.

The problem was there were a lot of to go orders and left customers in the restaurant sitting for way over an hour. There were only 2 tables seated in the restaurant. There were 2 waitresses. The kitchen manager needs to have his staff divided for to go orders and in restaurant locals. Our waitress was Orlandra and she was sweet. We did have a small child who only ordered macaroni and cheese that still was made to wait.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, there is always plenty of space to relax without being too cramped next to another table, and the food is excellent! The best dish is definitely the salmon cajun alfredo
