I have been dining here for over 10 years. The food is always grab and delicious. I usually take my daughter there at least once when I am in town.

I have been ordering your spaghetti for several years now but tonight a received a delivery of a tiny portion of spaghetti for $23.99 that was partially uncooked. The portion & food wasn't worth the price. Disappointed.

Haylie H was an amazing and friendly server. She was very thorough and attentive to all our needs. We were disappointed that the pork chops no longer are served with the manderine sauce.

Great service as always, had my co-workers orders all ready, individually bagged and made the check out process easy. Jonathan at the take-out counter was super friendly and helpful.

Beware Sunday diners - The Pensacola BJ's location gets their food truck deliveries on Mondays. By Sunday they are out of the most popular menu items. Steak, pizookie, both out. Pasta is warmed over, not fresh. Ok experience overall.

I had an overall good experience i wasn't to crazy about the entree but the avocado rolls were my favorite

The server at the bar(didn’t get her name) was extremely rude. She was closed off and not equally welcoming to ALL customer demographics. I wish I had gotten her name but she seems as if she works the bar regularly. The menu says they serve things that they weren’t serving (no explanation provided, just “we don’t serve that”). She would not listen to anything I said, she continuously interrupted me when I spoke. She rang my ticket up before I even finished ordering my drinks and had a chance to ask for it myself. She ended up having to go back and ring up another check. Then they didn’t accept Apple Pay (inconvenient in a time where Apple Pay is preferred and used by many). I had to download the app to pay for my ticket. I told the receptionists at the checkout counter how rude she was, and how unwelcome I felt, of course nothing came of that. This was my first time coming in a while and it’ll 100% be the last.

Jake was awesome! Super friendly, attentive, and made our experience great from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!
