The server at the bar(didn’t get her name) was extremely rude. She was closed off and not equally welcoming to ALL customer demographics. I wish I had gotten her name but she seems as if she works the bar regularly. The menu says they serve things that they weren’t serving (no explanation provided, just “we don’t serve that”). She would not listen to anything I said, she continuously interrupted me when I spoke. She rang my ticket up before I even finished ordering my drinks and had a chance to ask for it myself. She ended up having to go back and ring up another check. Then they didn’t accept Apple Pay (inconvenient in a time where Apple Pay is preferred and used by many). I had to download the app to pay for my ticket. I told the receptionists at the checkout counter how rude she was, and how unwelcome I felt, of course nothing came of that. This was my first time coming in a while and it’ll 100% be the last.

Jake was awesome! Super friendly, attentive, and made our experience great from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server Jake gave amazing service!! Went above and beyond ensuring I got the soup and salad I would like most, kept our drinks refilled, and had outstanding conversation!

Food and atmosphere was great! We got 3 burgers and they were cooked perfectly. Had to finish the meal off with a pizookie! Mia was our server and was also wonderful! Would request her again next time!

Jonnelle was the best waitress I have ever had. She took time with us, and was very kind.

It was our first time at BJ’s and other than a longer-than-usual wait between getting seated and having our drink order taken everything was fabulous.
Food was delicious and our server, Mia, was great. Definitely would like to revisit in the future.

Service was good. Food delivery took more than 45 minutes, a little too long in my opinion. Food was not as good as I hoped. The seared ahi salad was just the tuna on the side of a large bed of fancy greens. Spinach artichoke dip was good as long as it was hot but it cooled down very quickly. We also got a soup/ salad combo that arrived with no spoon. We asked twice for a spoon and it arrived after the soup was cool. We had a member who eats gluten-free. The server was not aware if any foods were gluten free. Fortunately, I found a gluten free menu on their website. I had not remembered that it was so noisy and we had met for discussions. We often had to repeat things because not everyone could hear. All I all the experience was just average.

I was very impressed how easy it was to make reservations for my son grad dinner. They were able to add 2 more when i called the day before to confirm. The service from our waiter was outstanding. Theyre may have been a couple mistakes but they quickly apologized and quickly fixed it. I cant wait to go there again!!

Food was not at all tasty. Haven't been to a BJs in yrs but surely don't remember it being like this. We tried the Chicken Potstickers, Bone-in Wings, Mac & Cheese Bites, Deep Dish BBQ Chicken Pizza & BJs Smokehouse Burger. Absolutely nothing was good. The drinks were ok. Server was friendly and you could tell he was trying, but this just wasn't the job for him. The manager was accommodating and apologetic when one of our entrees came out wrong.

The food was good but not as good as we have had at other BJ's Restaurants. The waiter was very nice and apologized when one of our orders was missed and took forever to be served. I was suprised that a manager did not bring it to our table. We dined early and it was not busy at all. He did take it off of our check though. They were out of several items on the menu too.

I understand it was Valentine's Day but being a worker in the service industry this place was very unorganized. Had a reservation booked and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes after traveling from Panama City for 2 and a half hours. Once seated waited 30 minutes for our server to greet us and take our order. Then we waited for another 30 minutes for appetizers and an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. Then we waited 35 more minutes for our food to arrive. It was edible nothing extravagant. Will not recommend or return.
