After an hour we saw our waitress, Natalie, once and it was not busy due to us coming at 8 pm. I also received something completely different from what I ordered, but no one came to check on us for me to get it correct. We are very thankful for the young man who was the hostess for the night.

Came to BJ’s restaurant and brewhouse April 20,2024 for dinner around 4pm. Lucky for me walking in the door started prime time steak hour which has a special deal on Friday and Saturday which is a 3 course meal for one which starts out with a house soup or salad and is followed up by a 15 ounce prime ribeye steak With your choice of two house sides. I choose the house mashed potatoes loaded of course with the roasted asparagus. The meal was very hearty and flavorful you have to really savor each bite you take it’s amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked but it did have a lot of fatty areas which I personally don’t like but the steak was one of the best I’ve had besides BJs filet mignon which we’ll talk about in just a minute. The prime rib special also comes with desert called a pizookie. The pizookie is a hot fudge brownie at the bottom with 2 scoops of ice cream whip cream and a cherry on top all for the price of $33. This restaurant has a lot of options for food but the quality of the meal you get for the price is absolutely great especially the 3 course meal but make sure you come in and at 4 when it starts because they are very limited on the deal. I ordered around 430pm and our server advised there were only 10 prime ribeye specials left for the night so yeah get it while you can. My wife ordered the filet mignon which she didn’t finish her steak and let me try it and hands down one of the best if not the best filet mignon I have ever eaten. The steak was so soft and tender but absolutely juicy. You can taste the thyme the rosemary and they drizzle it with a sauce that I could not even begin to tell you what it is but it was just amazing. For drinks I ordered the amber oasis beer it’s a light amber ale and it has hints of vanilla and kind of taste like a baked treat but it was a very good. My wife ordered the Tito’s strawberry lemonade that has fresh strawberries, a lemon slice and Tito’s vodka. I’m not one for mixed drinks often but this drink was definitely a drink I can drink all day long it felt like a warm summer evening by the pool highly recommend 10/10. This place also creates and makes their own cream sodas with multiple flavors and man I wish I had them on tap at my house I couldn’t even get a picture of my drink to post on here because I took one sip and I couldn’t get enough. The flavor was great and they bring you the drink in a frozen glass mug what I treat I can’t wait to come back and have more.The atmosphere in the restaurant when you walk in has dim lighting and has an elegant fancy restaurant feeling but has still a craft brewery look to it also. The hospitality of the servers and greeters were very helpful and were attentive the entirety of our visit thank you.I will be returning and will give the business a 10/10 hands down

Yesterday me and my mother had lunch here and she ordered the Mahi Mahi fish tacos, she sent them back because they were bland and got an order of wings, she was fine. My food looked great upon arrival, I ordered the ribeye steak with garlic butter, asparagus and mashed potato's. ($32 value) I asked my steak to be cooked medium and it was, however the steak was very very tough and just full of fat. I told my mom to try it and she said the same. I assumed it was a bad quality because i typically go to Longhorn for steak and they never disappoint. My waitress did notice my steak was picked over and I didn’t care for a to go box so she insisted she get the manager, the manager did come and offer me another steak but I didn’t want it because I truly think the food here just isn’t to my liking, so no need to waste another steak. She offered me a discount which was only $8 which was a bit disappointing for a wasted $32 steak but oh well. I decided yesterday I’ll never be back because I've never really enjoyed the food at BJ’s no matter what entree I get, and the cost is just too expensive not to enjoy what I paid for.

Placed a take out order tonight and totally disappointed. I ordered a ribeye well done and the whole steak was PINK. They forgot our salads and when we let them know they were missing they implied that we were lying and asked “was that all that was missing” what a joke! Who lies about a $2 salad?!?! 10 people came out the kitchen and asked us 50 times what types of salads we ordered !! Again who would lie about a $2 salad! When we ordered a ribeye and filet mignon !! Was told it was 20 minutes to pick up our food and we waited an hour and a half for our food. If I wanted to wait that long I could’ve sat in. Really pissed about this because we only came here because we couldn’t get ahold of Longhorn and we were hungry and NEVER AGAIN! I’ll much rather take my hard earned money to where it will be appreciated. Prices to high to be making someone else rich and not getting what I ordered. We won’t be back. If you can’t cook a steak get the heck out the kitchen wasting people time!
