The mango sticky is rice is the best I’ve had, every bite is flavorful! I got the poke bowl and musubi as well and was impressed. Will definitely have to go back to try the ramen, I doubt I’ll be disappointed since everything I got was impressive.

Bluefin Poke is one of the few restaurants in Pensacola that serves poke bowls!

Atmosphere: The small restaurant is nestled in a corner of The Garden—surrounded by other food trucks.
Service: The service was ok. The man seemed a bit irritated and was a bit short.
Menu items: I got their Moh-Ah bowl and replaced the grilled chicken with tuna and shrimp. The ingredients were fresh, and the entire bowl was flavorful. I chose their spring mix as the base which made it taste more fresh.

I love poke bowl places, so it’s good to see Pensacola getting more variety!

I'm gonna start this off by saying I'm a Poke snob. I lived in Hawaii for long enough to know what "real" poke is and what real poke should be. I've had good and bad poke all over, I've had tradition and I've had fusion. What I'm trying to say is grocery store stuff ain't cutting it! This place is great because I was able to get a "create your own" that was very close to traditional Hawaii Poke that you might buy at Tamura's in Aiea or Waianae. Their Original seems to be the closest signature bowl to that. I Also ordered the Hot which is great; their house spicy sauce is delicious and delivers enough spice for even a spice lover like me. I recommend you ask for the add on some salmon as well! The Aloha is a brighter, fruitier affair with pineapple and jalapenos paired with tuna and salmon. I really enjoyed that one. The location is great, located inside the Gardens at Palafox. Super great atmosphere. I always stop by the bar located right next to Bluefin for a light crisp beer that pairs really well with it, they let you bring the food to the bar since its all together. All in all, this place has great food at a great location. I highly recommend it!And grab a spam musubi on your way out!

Love this place for a quick lunch! I work downtown, so I usually preorder for pickup online. The staff is always friendly. Their rice bowls are delish but my favorite affordable, filling and tasty option is their musubi. I’ve tried the standard musubi and the tamago musubi (spam + Japanese omelet). Both are great and I highly recommend for anyone looking for lunch downtown.
