My service was phenomenal. I love this restaurant. They were more than accommodating. The food was as perfect as it could have been. Very pleased all around. I definitely recommend BONEFISH GRILL!!! This wasnāt my first experience with this restaurant.

Should've known when walking into front door that our experience wasn't going to be ideal! Kitchen staff was sitting in the lawn furniture meant for guests smoking cigarettes. Once inside (restaurant had maybe 10 customers), each time the front door opened the smoke from the employees would rush into the dining area. We had a table of 5. Had to flag down our server after waiting 15-20 minutes for anyone to take our dinner orders. Three of the five had ordered the $39 filet. Each of us ordered our filets to be cooked Medium. All three of the steaks were cooked well done with NO pink or red showing. The others at our table had finished with their meal long before our steaks returned to the table! Had to flag down a manager to let her know about the kitchen mistakes! Offered a free dessert. Declined the free dessert due to sitting at the table for 2 hours 10 minutes. We were ready to leave. For the price paid for the filets, I expect it to come out right the first time and a for it to be choice cut steak, which it was not. I was only able to swallow down 1/2 of it with the help of sweat tea.. Not the Bonefish reputation I am used to in other locations! Terrible experience from service to food.

This is my worse review ever! The food was overcooked in the worse way. Iāll never go to Bonefish grill again ever in life. Now I understand why Iāve avoided this money pit that serves AWFUL FOOD. Donāt go there. There are too many other places that have way better food. Our server was great but even that canāt make up for the awful expensive food. Youāre better off going to Texas Roadhouse or somewhere else.

I specificly chose bonefish after oral surgery because I know the menu. Couldn't order what I wanted because at 5:30pm they were out of risotto. So I changed my order to a mediocre special. I'm on a very restrictive diet so every calorie is important. Sadly the sauteed spinach in the pic was inedible. The big pile of garlic could've been scooped on during plating it was so raw. At $30 a plate that's inexcusable. Two stars because the crab cakes were great as usual.

Lorri is outstanding. Allowed us to take our time. Pineapple glazed shrimp and the fontina grilled pork chop were outstanding as usual. Fantastic dinner.
They made a place for us even though we forgot to make reservations on Mothers day. Awesome service.

I walked out of Bonefish Grill in Pensacola before even being seatedāand for good reason. The hostess greeted my family with open rudeness, making it clear our 7-month-old child and stroller were unwelcome. Instead of offering a solution or even basic courtesy, we were told we āshouldnāt have a stroller inside.ā No effort to accommodate, no warmth, just attitude.
Restaurants should know how to handle families with young children, especially with a touch of hospitality. This place failed that test miserably. We left and never looked back.
I submitted feedback directly to the business after the incident and never heard a word in return. That silence says everything about how much they value guest experience.
If you're a parent or expecting anything close to decent serviceāgo elsewhere.
Additional edit: It's been months closer to a year. since our visit, and we've heard nothing from Bonefish Grill after we tried reaching out to the email below. No follow-up, no apology, no attempt to make things right. Just confirming their lack of care matches the experience we had. Disappointing.

Ordered the tomato bisque and banging shrimp as appetizers. The soup came out and was luke warm at best. The server sent it back to nook it. Came back out and was still not hot. I did not say anything and ate it anyway. I did mention it after we ate appetizers and he apologized and took it off our bill. Ordered the the potatoes instead of rice and again hot on top cold in the center. It was terrible.Is everything heated up in microwave? I dont know i feel the quality of the food is not the same as it used to be. Used to be more upscale not anymore.Dead plants as you walk in first impressions are everything.Second time here in the last 3 months im done. Tonette
