Tonight was my first time ever eating here. I have to give the food a 10 out of 10, The food was Phenomenal!!! I ordered the Grouper with Crab cakes and Hollandaise sauce, whipped potatoes and fried cauliflower.... Excellent 👌!! Big props to the chef, Thank you Mr.Aaron for being a Wonderful server... and if you ever get a chance to go.....Go.....and ask for Mrs.Lori for your server and tell her, Melissa recommended her😉😊I will Definitely be back!!!
Had lunch here and the prixfix menu was very nice. Had the blackened chicken tacos with a key lime martini and it was all very tasty!!

Chardonnay was the name of our waitress. She was top notch and on it. Super sweet and a great pleasant attitude and upbeat.

I ordered take out today and while it’s usually very good at baseline, today my salmon and potatoes and broccoli were exceptionally cooked and seasoned well. Kudos to the staff today!
First impression... Damp. Floor slippery and few dinners .The floors are slipper and not a wet floor sign in sight . The food well let's just say that a restaurant such as this should have real mashed potatoes not boxed . Chicken Marsala was subpar.Very much lacking flavor . The waitress was sweet enough to mention that the fish tacos were burnt and that she had asked the chef to cook them again ..I do think that the owner of the company needs to take better care of the restaurant .All one needs to do is slip on the floor and with no sigh in sight the lawsuit would be won by them .I just don't understand big name such as BONEFISH GRILL. Do better .

Its a nice chain restaurant. What they do really well is service. The bartenders are really talented. If you want a drink they know how to make it.
My favorite server is Chardone! Shes wonderful. Great attitude and a spirit that wants to help you have a great experience!

Just left my sister's wedding dinner and it was perfect all becuase of our server Lauri. She went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend her for a raise she made everyone experience perfect. Thank you so much!!!!

Filet and lobster quite tasty, but tail very small and filet flat not tall. Did not look like menu pic.
We had my daughter's birthday dinner at Bonefish tonight. The bang bang shrimp and pineapple cocktails were fantastic! Everyone really enjoyed their entrees as well. Steaks were perfectly cooked, lobster was tender, and the sides were phenomenal with larger than expected portions!
Sara took care of us and she was amazing! We were never without drinks, she checked on us regularly without feeling intrusive, and has the most cheerful and fun personality. She really made the night all the more special. Thank you Sara!

I placed an online order through DoorDash from Bonefish. The delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though the drive to my place is only about 20 minutes.
During the entire waiting time, the dashers kept changing. I messaged one of them to ask why my order was not on the way yet. He replied that the restaurant told him they were still preparing the food and that he had already been waiting there for about 30 minutes.
This raises a serious question for management:
Why are online orders not prepared together with the orders placed by guests dining in?
Or are customers who order online not considered the same customers of the restaurant?
In the end, I had dinner almost two hours later than planned, despite placing my order well in advance.
I sincerely hope this review is noticed by management and that some changes are made.
Online customers are customers too.

So busy, but to be expected on Christmas Eve. Most of the staff were spot on and had welcoming attitudes, one, not so much. Everyone enjoyed their food but I which there was less breading in the crab cake. Sorry I didn't take photos, we were just to into the Christmas spirit.
