Our waitress was not conversant with the app on her tablet and spent most of her time fiddling with it and rarely engaged us by looking us in the eye. She was also a bit too “familiar” with us in her comments. She had poor knowledge of the bar service and even showed me her tablet screen and asked me to find what I ordered on it (I asked for a Manhattan with rye whiskey). My entree (Cod Imperial) was overcooked. I ate about 2/3 of it and stopped. I have had that on numerous occasions and it was always very good. The waitress did comp me a dessert after I mentioned the issue with the fish. Overall not the quality of service and food I have come to expect from your restaurants. It may be a while before I return.

We partook of the martini pairing dinner event. The food was delicious, but not hot.The soup was lukewarm , shrimp cool & soggy, steak with crabcake room temperature if that. All courses came out when the restaurant decided & there was not time to eat what was served previously. Servers suggested to push current dish aside & come back to it later. We felt like we were in the episode of I love Lucy serving Ricky's boss on a time schedule. We repeatedly asked for water to no avail. My friends & I still had a nice evening, but the service was truly terrible.

we did the four course meal pairing with cocktails! food was great and so were the drinks-it was a lot of fun and we plan to do these events more often

We received amazing service and had delicious food. I highly recommend the Seabass with the Kung Pao Brussels. Great crème brulee as well!

We shared the featured mixed grill --it was delicious. But really was the star of the show was the waiter--Chris. My friend really needed coffee and asked the hostess. Within 2 minutes Chris brought him out coffee. He was attentive but not pushy. Brought out new bread as soon as he saw we were on our last piece. He was engaging and offered suggestions when we seemed to be puzzling over an item. He never seemed to be rushing us but seemed to quietly keep an eye on us and gauge when we needed something. He was the epitome of a good waiter. Kudos!!!

There was one server handling about 4-5 tables - catering to specific ones actually. I think we sat for an extra 45 minutes just waiting for our check. I’d rather eat rocks than visit this place again. Food was terrible.

Had a delivery order, delivery service gave me the wrong order. Not a big deal, reordered. This restaurant had the audacity to give me my cold food from a previous order rather than make it again. It arrived cold, soggy and mushy. Will never order or sit down at this restaurant again.
Picture this you’re at a group dinner. The waiter walks behind you and drops two glasses of ice cold water down your back.The glass breaks and you have broken glass at your feet. He does apologize however, the manager does not come by to apologize nor do they offer you a concession. The staff literally reacted like they were victims of customers expecting to be treated with respect. I paid my full bill. My Husband gave a generous tip and we will never go to this restaurant again!

Aaliyah was amazing she had a party of 10 .. my husband and I have one date night a week and she made it very special. On top of taking care of party she took care of us thank you so much for a great date night aaliyah .. food great too. Chocolate martini for dessert best ever
