Bonelli's delivers a true Italian experience with fabulous food and warm ambiance. Every dish was a delight!
Special mention goes to Ashley, whose attentive and friendly service elevated our dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu and wine list was impressive, making us feel like valued guests.

Don't miss the homemade tiramisu!

A taste of Italy right in Pensacola.

Was great the first time we went three years ago. Took family there last night and the food was not very good at all. Definitely not like I remembered was embarrassed for even taking them. The service was not as good either. What happened to them?

Not authentic at all. Very amercanized. The appetizer was supposed to be garlic cooked for 4hours but it was hard and with Greek cheese. Not Italian!! And the main dishes had so much cheese on top that it overwhelmed the dish. Not worth the money. We will not be back.

Will not recommend at all I can understand why some restaurants can take long to make the food and worth waiting, but let’s say the wait time wasn’t worth at all, the food was not good. The only dish that was good eating was the Caesar salad. I make better pasta at home than what I had here. It’s kind of sad that I waited an hour to get a pasta dish that takes me literally 12 minutes to make it at home & taste the same.

Chicken Parmesan was cooked well but chicken was inedible- perhaps old or low quality chicken was used. Cheese was also low quality. I was surprised by how bad it was. Kitchen was slow, the poor server kept checking on the food for us.
The owner needs to better quality products.

Bonelli’s is always a fun dining experience with excellent service! The food is authentic Italian and always delicious! They have great wine too. Inside it is cozy and relaxing and outside feels festive and relaxing.

Went here on a Saturday evening . Was seated outside which that area definitely is not a nice area to dine . Then they were out of pesto, shrimp , and salad. I’m not sure how you run out of that on a Saturday evening . The food was mediocre that I ordered and not what I was expecting to say the least . I’ll pass on this one.

Went to celebrate our anniversary. The food was excellent, though we had to wait a bit. It was so hot when we got it I burnt the back of my throat. The lighting inside is a little dim, and when I read the receipt, I read it wrong, thus giving our mediocre server a more than 50% tip. But always a great experience with delicious food.

This is the worst restaurant we have ever eaten at. It’s like a small dive restaurant. Decently clean, but not what one would expect from a place charging their above average prices. Place was half full, and still took the server quite a while to come get our drinks. Plenty of servers working. The water was not chilled but room temperature. We finally ordered and it took well over an hour to finally get our food. My meal was actually pretty good, but the other 3 were not. My wife was very unhappy and they just kept saying it was because their meals are prepared by order. It’s Italian food. Most of the items should already be prepared. Sauces etc. My wife did complain and they were not wanting to hear it. So the manager or owner came over trying to say it’s not their fault or problem. Said we were lying about the time it took to get our meal. That’s when I said you better walk away. It was still expensive for such a dive restaurant. I do not recommend this place at all. I grew up Italian and Olive Garden blows this place out of the water. Average food, bad service, bad atmosphere = bad experience. ??

We are visiting Pensacola Beach and wanted a break from traditional “bar food”. This was the perfect local dinner that we needed! Brought a 6 and 4 yro that ate full plates of pasta. If you want indoor seating, make a reservation but the outdoor seating was doable with multiple fans. Front outdoor seating has 2 TV and the hostess can put on Disney+ for the kids. The food was AMAZING! I can’t wait for my leftovers. Portions are large and appreciated. Everyone would likes pasta needs to go here!

A great place, especially for celebrations! Food, portion sizes and atmosphere was fantastic. Our server Ashley kept our water and bread filled and was knowledgeable and friendly. I was worried we be too hot but fans kept us comfortable ( our reservation was for 10 people at 8).

Vegetarian options: Vegan options too!

Takes... For.... Ever!!!... Food is pretty good and the staff was very nice. It took over an hour to get out food though so that was very disappointing for us.

If you’re searching for an authentic Italian dining experience in Pensacola, look no further than Bonelli’s! This fantastic family-owned gem offers an atmosphere that feels both intimate and welcoming.

The menu is a delightful mix of classic favorites and unique specials. You can truly taste the love in every bite. Gina's Vodka Sauce is a must try– paired with the perfectly seasoned house-made meatballs... absolutely unbelievable.

The service at Bonelli’s has always been impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making your dining experience exceptional. Whether you’re enjoying dinner for two or a lively family gathering, they ensure that every detail is perfect. Big shoutout to Ashleigh!!

Don’t forget to save room for dessert – I had the tiramisu (made fresh today) and it was out of this world. Can't go wrong with the cannoli either.

Bonelli’s is a true East Hill treasure that combines outstanding food with a cozy, family-oriented atmosphere. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s an experience that makes you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend for anyone craving a taste of Italy with a personal touch!

My 1 star is for the rudeness the older lady at the greeting area continuously gave as we waited to be seated. We had to leave due to not knowing we'd be sat outside in 103* heat for our birthday reservation with long sleeve dress attire on and a large beautiful designed cake that would have been destroyed in 5min after coming out of the back. Went to a close by Italian restaurant in downtown where we were treated with kindness from arrival to departure. (We we're extremely thankful they made room immediately for us as they had a packed house). What an experience. Please lady -when someone explains that they were not told they would be sat outside in long sleeves holding a cake and they tell you no, that wasn't explained and even said, I'm kindly telling you so that not to be sounding rude" and the lady replies in a loud Karen - voice well we always tell everyone and I know you were told amongst stomping around like she had no sense & embarrassing the restaurant as a whole while staff was watching her. Like really... standing in this heat had her grumpy and she's wanting 8 dressed up ppl in long sleeves to sit in that extreme heat with her hatefulness. She just kept repeating herself until we just had to leave..Nope
