My friend & I were at your Restraunt last week 12-06-25 and were VERY DISAPPOINTED in wait staff . They were touching there faces, hair, wiping hands on their pants, ice scoop not always used and VERY RUDE ! Had to wait in line to be seated 20 mins & maybe 10 people were seated already and we were waiting with a discussed attitude from a person to seat us.She was soooo rude and hateful! This was around 3:00 not busy and then there was a line out the door before we were seted I worked in the nutritional services department foe 20 years and this was a told disgrace to see these people being so gross . Will NEVER return

Ryan took great care of us. Friendly and attentive. Absolutely no complaints. Couple of tall Kolsch, garlic Parm and honey garlic wings and a healthy serving of perfectly crispy tots is hard to beat!

I personally don't like the fact food comes in a cookie sheet. I prefer dishes so when I see this it is very disturbing to me.
I got the chicken cheese sandwich. It was good but the fries were not good at all.
I also got the black cherry limeade. I do recommend that at all. Such a horrible taste very acidic.
My server was nice, the restaurant was busy but I think I could have had more interaction.

Customer service is TRASH! We waited 20 min for our food after ordering 30 min in advance. There was absolutely no one eating in. Only like 2 people at the bar. 7 people on the clock! Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not order pickup or Togo from these people. They will prioritize your order last. You’ll wait an hour for some boneless wings. Absolutely insane. I will never be back.

Destiny is the best waitress I've had since I've been on this trip to Pensacola.... Two thumbs up. It's hard to improve on franchise food so what I can say is that the food was decent. Same menu from San Diego to Austin to Pensacola.... But also same consistency of flavors and quality. That's all I can say

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever experienced. We had to wait for our food with no reason or acknowledgment of the fact that we were there for over an hour. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that she was in the back checking on the food - she never came out. Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you have anywhere to be the same day.

There was maybe 20 people in the restaurant when we got there. Took about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged we were standing there. Sat at our table.. we sat for 15-20 minutes. No waitress ever came to our table. When we got up to leave a waitress that had been sitting at a table with what I assume was friends finally was walking out. We walked out no one cared enough to ask why we were leaving. Been a long time since we’ve been there . Will most likely never go back.

Customer service = non-existent at this location. Waited over 40 minutes for a 2-item order, even though it was called in early. Felt horrible for the employee who was trying to help out - The manager (if you could even call him that) was disrespectful, rude, and apparently unconcerned about the customer experience. I sincerely hope that they don't treat other customers this way, but wouldn't be surprised if they did. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I had an offer on the app so we decided to eat there. We weren't sure if it would be doable since it was late afternoon on a college football Saturday. Things looked up when we found a front parking spot. We were immediately greeted and sat when we walked in. The only issue there was we were sat next to the only table that everyone was yelling at the TV for every play. It was annoying but livable. There wasn't many people in there at that point. Our server, Ryan, was awesome, she was there quick and got our drink orders and even talked us into a couple appetizers. She gave us some time and then came back for our orders. My oldest got an order of wings, lemon pepper I think. And my youngest and I got the Pick 6 for 2 deal. She got the boneless wings (orange chicken) and I got the All American burger. That is where things went kind of south. It took what felt like about an hour for our food to come out. Our server was on the ball with refills and updates on the status of our orders. We figured that someone didn't show up for work since it wasn't that busy and there were plenty of empty tables. By the time our food finally came out everyone was full from the appetizers. We picked at our food and then took it home. The burger made for a good lunch the next day at work. The good part was the bill with the pick 6 and the app offer, was under $50. We spend that much on fast food. Been a long time since we saw a bill like that at a sit down restaurant.

Great food. Service was lacking. Every football game being played was on one TV or another.

The only consistency of this store is poor service. The food is either tolerable or terrible. The service is slow and colder than the food. The last time I went there we never got served; we (party of 2) waited 20 minutes without being noticed or addressed by staff, let alone seated at a table, so we left. Not likely to visit again anywhere in the near future. Do better. I used to enjoy going here.
