Should be 0 stars. I arrived to pick up a take-out order Friday evening 2/21/25. I was told it wasn't quite ready but would be just a few minutes. Ten minutes later I was told it was taking a while because we ordered "flats." There was no visible manager and all of the very young employees I asked over the next 20 minutes just shrugged and said "I don't know...." or "Ooh that's bad." The place was not busy. There were 4 tables of dine-in customers and a handful of people at the bar. At 35 minutes I asked to see a manager. A few minutes later the manager (?) came out and literally said "Sometimes the orders be like that." I was then told "I am cooking too and the longer I stand out here and talk to you, the longer it will be for the food." I can not remember a more disrespectful and nonchalant "manager" conversation I have ever had in my life. I have no idea how this place is in business. Obviously, if it wasn't already paid for I would have left. I waited 41 minutes for a to go order of 30 wings that was called in previously. I arrived at the time I was told to expect the order to be ready.

I am not one to leave a bad review ever, I absolutely hate that I have to even say this, but I will never return to this location, honestly, we will never visit another BWW. We went last night to meet colleagues (all in total party of 4 they chose the restaurant, 6:00 dinner, empty restaurant for the most part) and the experience was less than ideal. By less than ideal I mean abysmal. We ordered 2 appetizers (curds and fried pickles). We saw that there were maybe 6 or 7 fried pickles and we laughed it off. It wasn’t a big deal. The curds were good. Now to the food, mine was warm, but my guests food was literally below room temperature… it was cold. The staff were amazing and apologetic. New food was acceptable. Fast forward to today and my husband and I were discussing the $200 tab and making a joke about how we could have actually taken our guests to a decent place and not been humiliated by quality of food we were served. We had conversation about how we won’t make that mistake again, THEN he asked why we never got celery or carrots. We agreed that it was probably a good thing and that they most likely would have been old and full of bacteria.

The server let us run out of drinks and probably came to see us twice... UNTIL she was ready for us to leave. Just all around bad. Won't be back.

The experience was pretty bad for take-out. I have eaten in the restaurant and the service wasn't bad but takeout was horrible. I arrived a little early to which I was told 5-10 min wait. I then walked in and was told by another worker it would be 10 min. Then proceeded to wait another 20 min. It was 20 min past my pickup time at that point and I ordered my food hours before online. I then got my food and it wasn't even my full order I was missing half of it so I then had to go back and they had to make the rest of my order. Overall food was fine but service was horrible.

Destiny was our server, and I cannot praise her enough! She was friendly, attentive, andwent out of her way to make sure our dietary needs were met. She deserves recognition, we will be back nextweek when we go back to the DR. Next week and specifically ask for her.

Came in for the ufc fights, service was horrible. Our server was Avery and started out with some attitude. she didn’t run but one thing of food to the table and me and my friends had to go get our own beers from the bar that we ordered through her. Not sure how she still has her job because she didn’t do squat but look miserable that we were there.

Terrible service. Second time in here. Ya I know it was the playoffs night but. No excuse. Ordered in my mobil at 4:45 . Said be ready at 5:20. I waited till 5:20 walked in. Told them my name and was told it will be a couple min. Literally 1 hr later after talking to the front register girl once and 2 other employees. Was told it will be ready. Finally got someone to listen just to find out my food had been in the warmer since 5:07 per the ticket. I was handed my old food been sitting around for an hour. The person doing that offered me a free brownie or cookie because of the mistake. I took a brownie and called corporate to ask for a full refund.

Worst wings I've eaten in a long time. They were overcooked and chewy as if cooked hours ago and reheated. Definitely not freshly cooked! I will never eat at this Pensacola location again!

Food was decent, but became unedible upon seeing a roach crawl up the wall in front of me and my group. The waitress also let the food get cold and stalled tons with us. She sat talking to another table for 15 minutes, instead of doing her job. I had to get another waitress who was actually working to get the manager. The manager didn't charge us for the food, which helped curb our anger about the roach, and the service. We may return again if Buffalo Wild Wings passes their next health inspection with no roaches, but for now, we will not be returning. (This experience was 3 weeks ago)
Dietary restrictions: If you don't like roaches, you may want to not eat here. If your diet contains roaches, consider eating here.
Excellent service and food. Sometimes the floors get trashy especially on the guest side of the bar even when they're not too busy. Always our pregame spot before going to the movies.

Would give zero if I could. We went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded or busy. We were sat fairly quickly but sat for about 20 to 25 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us before we walked out. We even saw multiple waitresses that passed by us and said nothing. Will not be back to this location any time soon. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend unless being ignored is your jam.

Disgusting place cooks CAULIFLOWER wings in BEEF FAT. Same for their Southwestern Black Bean Burger. Why have what could be vegetarian items on the menu, just to fry in beef fat?! Apparently it is same for fries and chips. If you're going to be crappy like McDonald's, then at least warn people that items that could/should be safe are NOT.
Vegetarian options: Absolutely NOTHING.

Walked in and stood waiting. Three employees saw us and did nothing. Another talked on the phone. I saw two occupied tables with no food or drinks. They had menus. They were looking around for service (I think). Waited three minutes. Another couple came behind us to wait. I told them "good luck" and left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Update 12/28/2024 - I was contacted by BWW Corporate, and wanted to try again to see if this store had changed
Pleasantly surprised. We walked in at 1147 am, waited slightly and was seated. Order taken within 8 minutes. Food arrived hot and tasted great. Restaurant was not busy, and Belle was very nice and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back.
