Came here on a Monday night. Not super busy. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Sat down at table close to bar. Ordered 2 drinks and water. 5-10 min go by and nothing. Hostess/waitress came by and said they ran out of main alcohol and had to get manager to get it. No biggie. Ordered water again and mozzarella sticks. 5-10 min. We finally get water. But there is absolutely no ice we are told. So room temp water in a cup it is. 5 min go by and she comes and tells us she is making our drinks and we got the last of ice. We get drinks and upon first glance there’s black specks floating. Looks like mold from ice machine. walked out unfortunately. Too scared at that point to try food.

Never again. It's been years since I've been here due to the poor experience. My wife got a gift card from work so we thought we'd give it another try. Here is our experience:We were standing inside the door for several minutes waiting for someone to seat us. When the hostess arrived, she seemed very confused. Once she seated us, we had to grab our own highchair. Someone who appeared to be a manager apologized that we had to do that ourselves, and walked off.We ordered our food. Everything seemed normal until we got our food. The wings were pretty good. As I started into my fries, I noticed a couple of gnats trying to escape from the bottom of my pile of fries. Needless to say i was done with that plate. I had also ordered a bird dog, which I never received. The manager removed the bird dog from my bill.The only saving grace was that we had a gift card so we didn't have to pay much. It wasn't worth the conversation to have it removed.

As any officer in the corps knows, Buffalo Wild Wings(BWW) in Quantico, VA is “The Premier” spot to go. I grew up on BWW. I rarely leave upset from a place like BWW. I would be a customer here at the very least, once every other week. That’s including if I use free comps on my rewards about +$150/mo I would gladly spend here. As a former General manager in my past, that adds up over the course of the year, multiplied by how many other customers have similar situations to myself. Your P/L records would be great with a handful of customers like such.That being said, once I was stationed in Pensacola, Florida and had to come to this BWW, it has been a huge let down. We have given this place multiple attempts assuming every place has its bad days. We were wrong, every day here is bad. After the first couple months we completely stopped going to BWW here in Pensacola, FL, even after speaking with their management because it was so terrible.My wife and I received gift cards to BWW from family recently and decided it had been over half a year since we tried this place and wanted to use the gift cards. Today (March 30, 2024), when we walked in and sat down we did not get serviced for a minimum 20 minutes (no exaggeration). Once we were serviced we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks, and some sauce cups to try their new sauce they offer. (Side note: the fact that they charge for TRYING sauce is ridiculous! Back home and anywhere else I’ve ever been that was always complimentary. They need every penny from their customers here. We had to complain to get them taken off since all we did was dip one finger and try it, we don’t need an entire cup). Once we made our order, our wings came under sauced, dry and were tiny. Saying tiny doesn’t even cover how small they were. Less than a pinky finger in length and width. This is our normal experience at this location, and speaking to management has clearly not led to any improvement. We even tried ordering online and just picking it up on our own. The results are undersauced, dry and incredibly late orders. It’s difficult to even get our rewards points honored at this location it’s a joke.In conclusion, do not come to this location. Marines, spend your money elsewhere or go to the Alabama location. My wife and I have officially given up on this place and will have to unfortunately wait to have BWW again until we move away or when we are on the road elsewhere.Edit: they rejected “said” gift cards saying they are only able to accept them online. What a joke.

I didn’t ever feel ignored and she filled my drinks in such a timely manner… I will definitely return preferably on the shifts she works. After 20 minutes of trying to order I was fed up and we left with noone even glancing our direction. No wonder this place was dead in March on a Friday night at 6:30.

The restaurant was severely understaffed during my visit, only two servers in action during a busy afternoon. Of course they were completely overwhelmed, and service was very slow as a result. Our party was charged for two menu items—one beer and one wing order—that were never received. Server fixed the bill but it involved a considerable wait. Food was good, and the happy hour menu is a solid value, but the slow service didn’t make any of us want to return.
One of my favorites at the moment. The all American burger is great.

There is a blond waitress tall with a really horrible work ethic and horrible attitude. Had her two times but this second time we called the manager over and had a discussion about her. We was gonna go the other night for the free supper bowl wing deal and it wast busy at all walked up and seen her in there through the window . She was the only one I seen so we just went somewhere else. The manager we delt with was extremely nice and gave us a new waitress. The food is always delicious. Overall it's a great place to eat other then that lady.
