“Placed app order is the only way to go, but even doing that you'll wait 5 to 10 minutes but getting hot fresh food is worth it. I love the onion rings and I love almost all cheese sticks and these are pretty good, the marinara sauce is horrible. The regular old fashioned chicken sandwich with cheese is a favorite, then the bacon double cheese burger is always good and being single it's good to get and can heat up later.
Wheelchair accessibility: Typical ADA compliant, it's required by law so this question is very very useless.“

“The food was good,employees were nice just not enough employees I was the only person standing at the counter waiting to acknowledged and then the manager came over to take my order,she was nice just not enough employees working seemed like only 1 guy fixing orders and 2 girls working drive thru a long with the manager. Later I heard t a girl ask the the guy what order he was on so she could make order finely.“
“I often visit this location for breakfast or lunch, and have done so for a while now. Honestly, Ive never really had any complaints about anything and still do not. However, over the last month or two I have noticed some changes worth talking about. First of all, I noticed a knew face working with a wonderful smile. Falon is her name and she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct, and even brought me a napkin and refilled my drink while I was dining in. What she didnt know is that I was having a terrible day, and her kind gesture and friendly attitude rubbed off on me. The other thing that really caught my eye was how clean the dining area appeared to be. Its never overly dirty, but the floors seem to sparkle, the windows were clear, and not one piece of trash on a empty table. My experience has been really great lately, and I will continue to visit this location.“

“The afternoon, night manager here is a leader. Sadly, the location is inundated with beggers who prey upon the entire shopping center's customers.
The manager makes sure her team offers paying customers (regardless of their status) the best service, and freshest food possible.
Sadly, the law enforcement parked there to supposedly deter loitering appears to just sit in their vehicle. I feel when there should be more enforcement to curb the harassment of those trying to enter and exit the establishments.
I've witnessed so many weird behaviors at that location, I obviously caused by extreme addictive problems that I'm certain it limits the customer base.
Kudos to that strong manager who keeps it clean inside, and strives to keep her customers served well.“
“So I did a mobile order and although I never go to this location because Michigan is closer, my phone kept saying here was closer. Although my order was missing parts, Adrian made it right by taking my order, probably made the food, and brought me my correct items twice. First I was missing a drink, and while waiting noticed a medium fry missing but the point is he made it right and the fries were hot. My burger was falling apart but giving I only saw him, he had a lot to do and maybe everybody else was on break. Thanks young man for excellent customer service. That's what the 4th star is for since good service is rare nowadays.“
“I went to a different BK over by Home Depot/Lowe's and they wouldn't let me have it "my way" ...so on my way back home, I stopped by this BK cause it's near my neighborhood.
Let me tell you! Miss Shay had the BEST customer service, and the entire staff that was dealing with my special dietary needs were nice about it and didn't have an attitude or anything. I hope they know how much it's appreciated. That team needs a bonus. I tried to offer to buy them a meal or something but they said no, it's their job and pleasure.
I will not be going to any other BK in town and will come to them from now on. Lesson learned.

“I have never experienced what I experienced in another Burger King what I have seen here..The Manager was incredible, Veryfriendly greeting us as we came in. At the same time actually working the employees and working with them. Very clean..Fast friendly service, great fresh food..On Point...This is the Burger King to go too.“
