Burger King in Pensacola

“The food was hot and fresh. The service was a little slow, due to staffing shortages, but the manager immediately began calling workers in. The location was clean and well kept. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. We had a great experience overall.“

“Best fast food experience I ever had. The staff was very polite all of them seemed very energetic and aimed to please. The food was outstanding and fresh and delicious. I commend all of them folr there efforts dealing with a lady that just seemed she wanted something for nothing.“

“The food was good,employees were nice just not enough employees I was the only person standing at the counter waiting to acknowledged and then the manager came over to take my order,she was nice just not enough employees working seemed like only 1 guy fixing orders and 2 girls working drive thru a long with the manager. Later I heard t a girl ask the the guy what order he was on so she could make order finely.“

“Supposed yesterday with my kids! Went through the drive thru and my daughter is autistic and she started babbling, she can’t talk very well! Ms Angie I believe was her name, was exceptional! She was so sweet and also my food came out great! Just loved her attention to detail!“

“Yes when I received my food it was piping hot. But the woman in the drive-thru put no napkins no ketchup or salt and pepper condiments in my bag because she was too busy playing on her phone which is a no-brainer for me that someone who frequenced this particular Burger King location on a regular basis if this is what I have to deal with on a nightly basis I'm just going to change locations or perfectly go across the street to cookout. That phone was more important to her and she didn't even look me into my eye when she gave me my food she was too busy playing on the phone. Wednesday December 3rd 11:00 p.m.“

“Old review is below but I'm leaving another good one I think her name was Emily I think she's the manager over there she kicks butt she's fast and she gets it right every single time. always super patient with the customers. but isn't afraid to get people to do what they need to too. but she does it in a way that's really kind where I don't even think the employees get upset more like a family environment. it seemed like a stressful night but she still managed it awesome.

I ordered a lot and i was in the middle of taking the said order from undecided kiddos at the same time.

Everything was correct 100 percent down to the sauces all the food was fresh and even though the amounts I order usually mean I have to wait I really wasn't there for more than a couple minutes. It's usually our go to on the way to the park for sunset down the street so they count on it and it means a lot to me to not have to worry about a disgruntled kiddo lol 😂“

“The afternoon, night manager here is a leader. Sadly, the location is inundated with beggers who prey upon the entire shopping center's customers.
The manager makes sure her team offers paying customers (regardless of their status) the best service, and freshest food possible.
Sadly, the law enforcement parked there to supposedly deter loitering appears to just sit in their vehicle. I feel when there should be more enforcement to curb the harassment of those trying to enter and exit the establishments.
I've witnessed so many weird behaviors at that location, I obviously caused by extreme addictive problems that I'm certain it limits the customer base.
Kudos to that strong manager who keeps it clean inside, and strives to keep her customers served well.“

“My food came out right on time, I barely had to wait. It was hot and fresh and tasted really good which was nice because I was hungry. The service was really good, the employees were so nice to me. I’d definitely recommend coming here over the other burger kings in the area.“
