first, I order a new spicy melt....drive thru. get home and it's chicken.....then I eat more than half of it and it's so very not cooked. tried calling 3 different numbers and either the line is out of service or goes straight to voice-mail. worst experience ever.....raw chicken

The make you pull forward (on the other side of the building across the parking lot) to wait forever for your food (always refuse to leave the window bc if not you are going to be there 20 minutes legit). Finally go inside to see what the hold up is and she just looks around for my food just to pick it up off the counter. They just put it aside and forgot about it. Then the order was wrong.
