They have literally put something over their drive-through window so you can’t see inside. Pretty sure this is against policy who owns this franchise and who manages this location?

The fries were so salty we couldn't eat them, but one of the employees had their child in the lobby while she worked. He was running all over the restaurant, very loud and obnoxious. Running all over the lobby. Blocking soda machines, trying to go back into the kitchen. I asked whom the child belonged to because he was not being watched.they said it was the managers kid. We will never come back.

We ordered the brisket whoppers, they were awful nearly had any brisket meat and flavor just one spot in the middle of the burger about the size of a quarter.

The older woman working night shift is so rude an unprofessional came off very aggressive slamming her hand down in the counter I would've assumed she is miserable and absolutely hates her job / life I believe her name was neo cleo something like that I believe it was neo I also asked for her name an manager name she then proceeded to tell me I needed to hurry up cause she had to lock her lobby even tho it was barely 7 pm an a gentlemen was dinning in in the lobby at the time she is very loud rude unprofessional horrible customer service skills said she wasn't trained on anything to do with the app cool I get it but not one time did she even attempt to be polite or just casual she needs to be re trained on how to do the basics again with fast food cause people like that will not get u anywhere

What the heck did injust eat? My coke was.. idk what it was but it wasnt coke or a soda i recognize. My burger was funky and fries were room temp at best and im fairly sure not fully cooked. Bleck

My husband has been sick all day throwing up and diarrhea after eating at your store. He said the men’s bathroom faucet was broken and the soap dispenser was off the wall. The clerk let him wash his hands in the women’s bathroom. It didn’t dawn on him that the food preparers may not be washing their hands or customers have touched surfaces with unclean hands. Shame on you Burger King! We have reported this to the health department.

Supposed yesterday with my kids! Went through the drive thru and my daughter is autistic and she started babbling, she can’t talk very well! Ms Angie I believe was her name, was exceptional! She was so sweet and also my food came out great! Just loved her attention to detail!

The food is horrible, not fresh, the vegetables are soupy and sloppy, they have you go back to the yellow pole only to still fail, this was the third time and I noticed there is never a line in Drive through and no cars on outside that was a red flag right there, tried calling them no answer, the Burger King on mobile hwy and Fairfield is horrible
