Who ever the lady was earlier this evening (4/1/24) taking orders in drive thru needs to be drug tested. There's absolutely no reason to be angry or mad at someone for wanting to place an order or get their food made fresh. I go to BK every other day and never have I experienced what I experienced today. For me to apologize to someone that was rude to me from the beginning and then was even more upset that I apologized to her and explained to her that I wasn't trying to be rude when I asked for my children's food to be cooked fresh, I just wasn't sure if she heard me the first time I asked because she never acknowledged me is crazy. She states she talks like that to everyone and rolled her eyes and turned her back on me as if I actually did something to her. I just told them to keep that damn food and pulled off. Like that was the worst I've ever experienced at BK. That lady whomever she is doesn't deserve that position. The level of professionalism that she had was NONE. I hope someone that deserves and really wants that position get it's because she's definitely not gonna keep it.

Very friendly and fast staff, food is always hot and accurate The dining room is never dirty and the bathroom is up to par. By far the Best BK in Pensacola Florida along with the Brent lane location.
Food us the worse on in Pensacola staff very nice and it's closest to our home so we are stuck with them. Value menu is a value so get what you pay for us true.

I can't ever remember having such a pleasurable transaction at a fast food establishment. Ginger is an absolute treasure for Burger King to have as a team member. She has the most wonderful attitude.
So everytime I order on the app from this burger King they get my order perfect. This is a pleasure to say especially these days. I have nothing but high marks for them and would recommend them and their app for your ordering pleasure. Good job and keep up the great work.

******Spiderman Fans******* zero starsDo not waste your time here! They don't have the crown, they don't have the cup they advertise either. They only have the red bun. However they will still charge you $11.36. for basically a whopper meal.
