I went to a different BK over by Home Depot/Lowe's and they wouldn't let me have it "my way" ...so on my way back home, I stopped by this BK cause it's near my neighborhood. Let me tell you! Miss Shay had the BEST customer service, and the entire staff that was dealing with my special dietary needs were nice about it and didn't have an attitude or anything. I hope they know how much it's appreciated. That team needs a bonus. I tried to offer to buy them a meal or something but they said no, it's their job and pleasure. I will not be going to any other BK in town and will come to them from now on. Lesson learned. Thanks, y'all!

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through for a freaking cheeseburger all because they don’t wanna pay attention so they gave the food to the wrong person on top of the fact the place was not busy. There was one person inside and one person behind me. It’s not hard to pay attention unless you’re stupid.

I was the only person at the store and even though I made a mobile order, I had to wait in drive through to get my food. They even had me back up to the first window to wait. WTH ? I just went back 11-13-2024 and not only did they not have an item that was supposed to be available according to headquarters, they did not have any food ready and I had to join a line of people waiting on food and again this was for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by the time I got there and they were not busy !

This place is a mess! I will drive out of my way, if I feel the need for anything on their menu. That place is plan gross! Plus, I wouldn't eat their fries either! I returned what I bought! I only wish I would've taken pictures of what they gave me.

I am waiting for my food that i was suppose to be in drive threw grab food and go but i was told to park at 7:23 - as i see they have made other cars back up to.park to just get there food and they take there sweet time . They rude when i asked for a sweet tea which tea at 7:25 pm they should have . Also out of hersery pies and got rude when i asked and kepts cutting me off . Now 8 pm and stull does not have my food do not go here . !!!!!
