Old review is below but I'm leaving another good one I think her name was Emily I think she's the manager over there she kicks butt she's fast and she gets it right every single time. always super patient with the customers. but isn't afraid to get people to do what they need to too. but she does it in a way that's really kind where I don't even think the employees get upset more like a family environment. it seemed like a stressful night but she still managed it awesome.

She whips them bags open like a ninja i love it

I ordered a lot and i was in the middle of taking the said order from undecided kiddos at the same time.

Everything was correct 100 percent down to the sauces all the food was fresh and even though the amounts I order usually mean I have to wait I really wasn't there for more than a couple minutes. It's usually our go to on the way to the park for sunset down the street so they count on it and it means a lot to me to not have to worry about a disgruntled kiddo lol 😂

This location repeatedly provides properly prepared food. The service is usually very good; however, thing can get hairy if they get especially busy or have any customer complaints/issues. I highly recommend using the app or website to order in advance as they tend to do extremely well with online orders.

I always have a great experience at this location. It’s a huge relief that they never mess up my order, no matter how specific it is. The team working here deserves recognition; they are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes a real difference. It's advertised to be open at 5:30AM. The employee's are here waiting for their manager to open. It's now 5:55AM and the manager just unlocked the door for the employee. The employee was here prior to 5:25AM. I hope he gets paid for his wait time!! Definitely poor management for sure. I drove up to the drive thru just to see if I could order at 6AM. I was told they were doing an updated and it will take 10min. The Circle K is closed across the street and I really don't like McDonald's. I decided to wait. I'm starving and I've been driving for Uber since 9pm on August 7th and I'm ready to eat and rest. Here I am waiting. A different customer pulls up to at the driver thru at 6:05 to order. They did take his order now he waiting in the area where they bring the food out to your vehicle. The other man finally gets his food at 6:15AM. I was finally able to order at 6:12AM. I did get my food in 3min after I ordered. Wish could say the same for the other man. I truly hope that the owner looks at his reviews. This extremely poor management!! This female manager should be held accountable for her actions!!! It's just unacceptable!! I spent 29yrs in the restaurant business and a manager being well over 30min late is just ridiculous!!!! This literally just happened as I've typing this while I waited. Today is August 8th 2025

Purchased a OG chicken sandwich and fries. I told the person taking my no lettuce 3 times, it had lettuce and I asked for cheese but no cheese either. Disappointed.

I was very disappointed with my food. The menu was not clear about what was on the special. So I had to come back and change my sandwich language. Because it has an item that I cannot have, I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he replied that he is off the clock and cannot help me at that time. So if the assistant manager is off the block, then shut. Someone should be in charge so that I can give that person my concern.
