We had to wait 10-15 minutes for food with other cars and the lady taking our order was super rude and in patient!!! But the young gentleman that brought our food was super nice and respectful and made the experience a little better but the lady had dark hair in a bun and the young man had a beard

Worst experience I have ever encountered at a fast food establishment. We went inside to eat. We placed our order and after 20 minutes have passed we still did not have our food. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. After we finally did get our food they put the food in a torn bag and when they handed it to us it went all over the floor. Apparently what caused the delay is that they had given our food to someone else and had to remake it. No one working there seem to care one bit about the situation. We demanded our money back and was grudgingly refunded our money. This isn't the first time our order has been incorrect, however it will be the last time we will ever visit this location again.

The teenage girl with braces and red hair at the window is very rude... accused me of lying about missing a burger. Why would I lie about that? I just want my food. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for my food first time, then about another 20 for the burger THEY didn't put in the bag.

11/22/2024 stopped for lunch. Literally was sitting at drive through for 15 minutes. That's sitting being told to waite. NOone in front of me. Lady was very rude and got ruder when told to hold the pickles. Then drove to window to have my card snatched out my hand. Then told to pull around front and wait another 5 minutes. Like they were t trying to hide how long it took them or something. I would never recommend this place and I probably won't eat burger King again. A place run like that is not a place to spend your money. This was around 11:30 am on said date. She definitely didn't like her job. Must suck to have to work like the rest of us.

Today 12/7/2024 at 4:45pm, first of all, the lady taking the order was very rude. She obviously didn’t want to take my order. I was ordering for 2 kids but after the first hamburger she quickly gave the total so I asked if I could also order for my daughter and she rudely replied but again I could not finish telling her without her asking if that was all and giving the total 7 times. I only ordered 1 regular combo and 1 kid combo!!! I wanted to order a shake in place of the drink but the shake machine was not working. If I could give -5 stars I would.

They want you to park in the lot to wait for your food to be brought out so they can keep the line moving, yet none of the condiments I asked for were in the bag (coffee cream, sugar, ketchup). This forces you to go inside the building, which is a big inconvenience when you have somewhere to be. If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn't have gotten in the drive thru line.
