Order 10:08 online and got at the store probably 10:10 with 2 cars infront of me. I waited till 10:30 to receive my food JUST TO BE ASKED FOR MY VAPE….. And I pull out the drive through and notice it’s not my food. I go back and finally get my order just for everything to be cold and one burger made wrong plus no dipping sauces. Time is now 10:39 and I live 2 minutes away LIKE WHAT THE HELL ITS NIGHTSHIFT AND NO ONE WAS AROUND AND 5 CREW MEMBERS….keep in mind i was in the parking lot ordering my food and maybe 5 cars infront total came through in 30 mins…..HOW CAN YOU MESS UP THAT BAD….i work fast food and I honestly don’t think this is a hard order whatsoever

Went through the drive through. Ordered two chicken wraps with extra chicken. The wraps themselves are $2.99 and they charged me $4 extra PER WRAP for extra chicken. Didn’t realize the prize until I paid and got the receipt. Thought that was ridiculous, but whatever. THEN I get home and thought the weight of the wraps was pretty light so I opened them up and I guess one of the finest strips of chicken is considered “extra”. Basically, $4 extra per wrap for absolutely nothing.

If I could give less stars I would. Corprate should see that they take an order in the drive through at noon and make you drive forward to wait 20 minutes for two small sandwiches. This is the most unfriendly and careless fast food joint in town. Close this down:/

The drive thru closes at one o'clock in the morning... Now I understand they're not gonna have a full menu ready to be served but it shouldn't take fifteen minutes to get a cheeseburger and a small fry when you get there at quarter to twelve. I arrived at eleven forty five and was informed that everything would take at least fifteen minutes to make. They didn't close for another hour and fifteen minutes.... I asked, what would be the fastest as I was on my way to work and they said nothing was fast.Everything was cooked to order. Why be open until one a m if you're not going to be able to provide drive through fast food service an hour and fifteen minutes before you close? I'm not sure if this is truly the policy or if they just didn't want to make anything.So they say fifteen minute wait , so that you'll leave. Either way ,poor customer service.
