Slow, slow, slow. It took 10 minutes to get someone to speak to me. The young lady behind me waited so long that she left in a huff. The 2 employees working prep took their break at same time so I had to wait for that. They obviously know nothing about customer service.

Best Burger King I have been at in years. Also, the first Burger King I've been back to in years because of THE commonly poor service at others. But this Burger King is top-tier and is clearly being managed well. Lightskin dude that was running the drive thru communicates and multi tasks well. 10/10 customer service plus everything was hot and crunchy. Thank u

We had to wait 10-15 minutes for food with other cars and the lady taking our order was super rude and in patient!!! But the young gentleman that brought our food was super nice and respectful and made the experience a little better but the lady had dark hair in a bun and the young man had a beard
Worst experience I have ever encountered at a fast food establishment. We went inside to eat. We placed our order and after 20 minutes have passed we still did not have our food. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. After we finally did get our food they put the food in a torn bag and when they handed it to us it went all over the floor. Apparently what caused the delay is that they had given our food to someone else and had to remake it. No one working there seem to care one bit about the situation. We demanded our money back and was grudgingly refunded our money. This isn't the first time our order has been incorrect, however it will be the last time we will ever visit this location again.

The teenage girl with braces and red hair at the window is very rude... accused me of lying about missing a burger. Why would I lie about that? I just want my food. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for my food first time, then about another 20 for the burger THEY didn't put in the bag.
