I was there last night. I ordered a vanilla milkshake. I was really looking forward to it. The guy who made it was not paying attention to his job, I was. It overflowed, so he took it to the trashcan and proceeded to dump the excess off. He wasted about a third of the shake. A young woman came over and proceeded to wipe the excess off of the rim with a dirty cloth. I told them that I didn't want it and why. I walked out without my shake and money that I paid for.I am done with them.

I stood in the lobby for three minutes before I decided to say something to an employee because no one had even acknowledge or said anything to me (and I was the only person I the restaurant) . The absolute worst service that I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I was also accused of being racist because I was the only white person in the restaurant and there was four Black people working. Absolutely will never return to this business again, and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the experience that I had. I own a business about a half a mile down the street from this location and I’d be very appalled if I found out, my employees were treating customers as as yours did, I really don’t care what or if you will really do anything for me, I’m just really pissed off that that’s how business conducted in my town and it’s considered acceptable. At some level, I doubt that that location of your Burger King is actually making money because of that customer service, good luck

First off wow! I pull up place my order pull through to the window to pay Hand him my card. He hands it back and asks me to "back up" behind the black pole. Now at this point there is nobody other than me. But then a truck pulls up behind me I'm sure he's wondering why the hell I am parked behind the pick up window. The guy leans out the window and says OK ma'am, I pull up, he hands me my bag, I say what is the point of that? He said our managers don't like customers to sit too long at the window so we have them back up or pull over and park over there. I guess there's a timer on the Drive-through? basically you found a way to cheat the system. Very disappointing.
