Placed app order is the only way to go, but even doing that you'll wait 5 to 10 minutes but getting hot fresh food is worth it. I love the onion rings and I love almost all cheese sticks and these are pretty good, the marinara sauce is horrible. The regular old fashioned chicken sandwich with cheese is a favorite, then the bacon double cheese burger is always good and being single it's good to get and can heat up later.

I had an excellent experience with this place today. I wa greeted with a smiling face as soon as I walked in the door. I was thanked for choosing this store. I placed my order with ease and my food was given to me really quick, it was very fresh and hot. I was able to sit down in a clean restaurant and peacefully eat my meal and my meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone here are very professional and just as kind as can be. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. This newer general manager, Morgan, is doing an excellent job running this place and her crew. Keep up the good work!!!

My family and I all agreed to never go to Burger King again due to their commercial with the stupid song that they never change. They will continuously lose business because of that commercial

No stars isn’t an option. This place is rude and disrespectful. They refuse to serve me food because I wouldn’t wait by the yellow pole so their timer doesn’t run. The lady at the drive thru window said she would spit in my face. Night shift should be fired!!!!

I ordered my food, had to sit behind the window to pay for like 5 mins, and then had to wait almost 10 minutes .... For fries. I'm from Ga, and this is the slowest burger king I've ever seen.. and we were the only ones in line..
Not to mention, we paid a dollar extra for each meal because the prices were different from the menu shown...

I ordered pickle fries,didn't even get half a box or any ranch dressing. So disappointed, looks like I got someone's left overs.
Out of churro fries, out of ice cream cones. Bathroom had no toilet paper, and sink sprays you. Not excellent, but still light years ahead of a nasty Hardee's.

Hands down the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Placed an order on the app, they made me pull up past the window to wait. We watched 7 people get their orders before anyone acknowledged our existence. They had to ask us twice what we ordered before someone finally grabbed our food from the lobby where the Uber orders are. They didn't even get the order right but I wasn't wasting anymore of my time. So just took it and left.

I actually live close enough to walk to this BK if I wished, but glad I never chose to! I have lived here for 7 yrs, and in that time we have dined here only 4 extremely disappointing times. I thought surely after not visiting for the last 2 yrs things may have changed. NO SUCH LUCK!!! After being asked to pull up to wait on onion rings it's even worse if possible! I live 1 mile away, and the burger was lukewarm at best and the onion rings were so soft and mushy and undercooked they were sickening and inedible. So after all these yrs I have no idea, HOW THIS BK IS STILL IN BUSINESS. The manager should try and care more and address the issues. This place is giving BG in Pensacola a really horrible rep.
