I understand that Burger King isn't known for providing good or even adequate customer service. I frequently see drive thru lines with 4 or more cars and at other locations have waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. My most recent visit was particularly bad. Upon entering it was clearly understaffed due to the cashier working both lobby and drive thru ordering and check out. I stood politely for nearly 10 minutes near the counter while only being acknowledged once. I waited another 5 minutes and then walked out. One other customer came in to pick up an online/app order and was served quickly. If you want customer service use the app or Uber eats. I ordered from Uber eats and from the same location got a delicious whopper with cheese in 15 minutes or even less. The problem was I paid another $30 for a double cheeseburger meal and aforementioned Whopper. I know fast food is more expensive now but that's unacceptable. Drive thru pretty slow and have previously ruined my kids mozzarella sticks. Tighten up BK.

Ordered drive thru. Took a bit long but food was hot and fresh. I'm ok with waiting if the food is good & hot. Employees were nice and inside was clean.
Did not even make it to get my food went through drive-through to try to place my order I told them I didn’t want things with my burger. They said with an attitude it doesn’t come with that… I didn’t know. Really didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order. when I first pulled up. She told me to wait there was nobody else in line. Or even ahead of me. Will not be going back to this location, terrible attitude. Rude!! should really find a different job. That’s not in customer service. I left because I didn’t want to get food slammed on the floor and get sick from them… that’s the feeling I was having.

On 10-9-2024 at 10:50am I stopped in there with my crew and ordered some food. I would have to say this is the first time ever my food was great, and it was prepared flawlessly. All the food even looked just like the pictures, if not even better. First time ever that I’ve been to a fast food restraunt where the employees took pride in the looks and quality of the their food. Staff was friendly, I had to compliment my food to them!

The place is disgusting!!!! The place is completely empty but my daughter wanted to eat inside so I did!! The floors terribly nasty, the tables (all of them) seemed like the didn’t wiped them in days! The drinks dispenser super dirty, with trash all around, SO AWFUL!! I don’t think there is a Manager or someone that cares about that place at all!! I wish there would be something lower that 1 star to review this place coz for sure doesn’t deserve even half star!!!
