I often visit this location for breakfast or lunch, and have done so for a while now. Honestly, Ive never really had any complaints about anything and still do not. However, over the last month or two I have noticed some changes worth talking about. First of all, I noticed a knew face working with a wonderful smile. Falon is her name and she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct, and even brought me a napkin and refilled my drink while I was dining in. What she didnt know is that I was having a terrible day, and her kind gesture and friendly attitude rubbed off on me. The other thing that really caught my eye was how clean the dining area appeared to be. Its never overly dirty, but the floors seem to sparkle, the windows were clear, and not one piece of trash on a empty table. My experience has been really great lately, and I will continue to visit this location.

Employees have bad attitudes an will rip you off ..if your in the mood for burger king I recommend going to any other one in the world besides this i will never go back poor customer service

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull forward because my food was being cooked. When i received my order, they left out the condiments i requested. French fries with no ketchup is a no no especially since i asked for it.

Came here and got one burger. There was 2 people on the make line and there was no one else in the restaurant really. They messed the burger up the first time by adding a topping i asked not to have. Then the second time they completely forgot the bacon on a Bacon King. I dont understand how 2 people can mess up one Singular sandwich twice in a row with no other orders to make.

At my store we always try our best to keep the customers happy on the other hand yall customers be really testing our staff and being mighty disrespectful and we have to go against our will to make yall happy

Harmony made the experience phenomenal. 🤩 I am rarely led to leave a review however this experience definitely yielded it. All of the associates were very friendly and our food was great! I just wanted to do a shoutout to Harmony bc she really went above and beyond for me and my family. Her attention to detail and the questions she asked when I was ordering for myself and my family was phenomenal!! I wish my local BK in Texas had associates like this girl. I would eat there much more often!!

This is one of the best stores I’ve been too the staff was very helpful and swift on getting my order taken care of and the food presentation was very well everyone was helpful and polite will be definitely visiting again 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Burger was great but the fries were not very warm and greasy. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Fish was hard...probably had sat all day. Had to ask for hot fries. Guess I should have asked for freshly cooked fish. Impossible whopper undercooked.
Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit was so hard. The egg was smoking! The only thing decent about it was the bacon and cheese and hash browns. Wow! How hard is it to make a biscuit? I guess it was left in the microwave too long!!!!!!!!!

I understand that Burger King isn't known for providing good or even adequate customer service. I frequently see drive thru lines with 4 or more cars and at other locations have waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. My most recent visit was particularly bad. Upon entering it was clearly understaffed due to the cashier working both lobby and drive thru ordering and check out. I stood politely for nearly 10 minutes near the counter while only being acknowledged once. I waited another 5 minutes and then walked out. One other customer came in to pick up an online/app order and was served quickly. If you want customer service use the app or Uber eats. I ordered from Uber eats and from the same location got a delicious whopper with cheese in 15 minutes or even less. The problem was I paid another $30 for a double cheeseburger meal and aforementioned Whopper. I know fast food is more expensive now but that's unacceptable. Drive thru pretty slow and have previously ruined my kids mozzarella sticks. Tighten up BK.
