This Burger King should be shut down. I have trouble with them every time I place an order. The only reason why I get food from them still is because of my special-needs son. But I am so tired of my orders being made wrong and canceled .then not being able to get in touch with anyone because they won’t answer the phone. This Burger King is terrible!!!!!

Manager on duty on 11/29 has horrible customer service. Please employ people who actually like their job and leave the ghetto bunnies for the streets.I went to the 9 mile rd in Pensacola, FL burger king on 11/29 around 5:30pm and received horrible service from someone who claimed to be the manager. First, I was trying to redeem a code for the $3 whopper. The app showed that the code was redeemed when she entered it but she kept telling me that the whopper was full price. I asked her why it wasn’t coming up as $3 and she said “I just see your name and that’s it.” Didn’t make sense or answer my question. She then kept trying to get me to pay full price. I told her to try the code again. Same thing with the app telling me it was successful. At that point, she huffed like I was bothering her. I REALLY HOPE THE DRIVE THROUGH IS RECORDED B/C SHE WAS BEING AWFUL FOR NO REASON. It was so bad that I decided to drive to the other location that is actually further away from me, and I received AMAZING service. I tried to call back and ask her for her name and she hung up. People like that make your restaurant look bad and it’s unacceptable.

We had placed an online order using their app. We got there & the order was not ready. Waited 45 mins to get the food. They did not make the order as we had ordered it. And we went in 3 times to get the correct order. Total confusion with the cashiers as they did not know how to fix the correct order. We were told to pull around to the front & wait. 3 cars behind also had to pull forward & wait. I have never been in such a situation that was just total chaos at a fast food restaurant. Hope they can improve.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal before taking a short trip. We were greeted by smiling faces upon entering and made small talk while we placed our order. The staff was personable, and we were treated respectfully. The food was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed our meal. We purchased ice cream for after we ate. The young man who made it did a great job making sure it was packed so it didn't fall over.Vegetarian options: Burger King offers salad options for vegetarians.Parking: There is plenty of parking on 3 sides is the building, idling handicap parking in front of the entrance.Kid-friendliness: BK is kid friendly with free crowns and a children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces in front of the entrance as well as a ramp onto the curb. There are tables that can accommodate a wheelchair.

Food was cold the workers play on there phones while making your food. I had to wait 5 minutes just to get served and there was no one inside but me at the time. This place needs new management for sure. I didn’t tell anyone to work at Burger King for a living these people are very grumpy and hate their job. No one ever uses gloves while making food this place is very unsanitary. Shut it down at this point

The staff are yelling and cussing at eat other extremely loud obviously not any concern or care of customer presence. Not worth bringing it to the manager's attention as she appears to be engaging.
