I ate at Butch's on supposedly their last day open, and no one told me they were closing. I am sad. We ate there 2 to 3 times a week. Where am I suppose to get the best mushroom Swiss burger, their great cuban, their chicken breast salad, their BBQ egg rolls, and so many other great dishes they made?

Stopped here today for lunch as we’re visiting Pensacola. Place was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Floors were filthy! Table top was sticky. Workers prepared food with their bare hands. I will say the BBQ sandwich was very tasty and so was the fried okra.

I always take time to think things out before making an accurate review. This is my first time eating here and the food is definitely good. They have many staff members and they seemed polite as well. The issue I had, being someone on moderate income in this area, was the amount of food for the price paid. I got the chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw for $10. I've eaten chicken sandwiches, salads, bowls.... etc , at many different restaurants but never had so little of chicken in any other meal. Honestly, the amount on that sandwich was the same as one foosackly chicken strip split into small pieces. So simply put, like most people that live in this area, if you are rich, you will love this food. For the moderate income people like myself, this is not for me.

We drove from Pensacola to Perdido to go on a dolphin cruise. We found this place on our way home. There were four of us everybody loved it. The barbecue was delicious. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. We would definitely come by here again when we go this way.

Stopped here after watching the air show and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone in our family. My kids highly recommend the chocolate pie for dessert!

EDIT: 6/8/24 The restaurant has new owners since the last time I was here They've upped their game. Standout side dishes of turnip greens and rice and gravy. The catfish strips were amazing. The Bananas Foster Cheesecake probably has a well deserved place on Weight Watchers Top 10 Criminal Foods. The staff are friendly but they will laugh if you ask a stupid question. Well, maybe if you ask it ironically. Great place,

We had the butter burger and the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! I recommend the greens as a side, was the best I've had in a long time!! The creamy mac and cheese side was also very good. Flavored cheesecake was really good. Everything was delicious hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Some outside seating also available.
Their BBQ sauce is vinegar based and was sweet, tangy, and smokey - the best I've ever had! Service was quick and friendly. Prices were good. Food was both delicious and filling. Overall, I'd suggest this place to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal!
