Upon entering, we were greeted by a waitress who was extremely pleasant and made our experience the best possible. She was happy to give us some time to order when we asked and even brought us more chips when we ate them all. Further, she was quick to provide refills when our drinks were empty and was just nice the whole time. The food was good and the chips were fresh. Bathrooms were also clean and the atmosphere was very peaceful

Usually we can’t complain about the service, but tonight we waited almost an hour for food. Another server brought another basket of chips because when our queso came out our basket was empty. Another server also refilled our drinks. Our waitress walked by our table several times and several tables seated after us received their food. We were finally acknowledged after my husband stopped our waitress to pay for our drinks and queso. She then told her they were finally playing our food. We still canceled our order because I refused to wait any longer. Cactus Flower used to be great service and food. Disappointed is an understatement!!

This is my first time at this restaurant. I loved it! Great staff, food, and ambiance. I recommend the Mango Shrimp and the Queso Bite appetizers, Burrito Bowl for your entree, and Cactus Berry as your beverage. Not to miss!

One of my faves! Food is good, service is always excellent, and the family whom owns it is very nice. I recommend the Margaritas, but watch out....they are small, expensive, and ADDICTIVE!!!

My office treats us weekly with a "family meal" from locally owned restaurants and Cactus Flower is by far the one I look forward to the most. Their catering is spot on! I recently went in while taking family to the nearby airport and it was a lovely experience. We were taken aback by how well customers and the friendly staff knew each other. The food is also spectacular!

I went to Cactus Flower with my family this week and was very nervous eating at a new spot with a food allergy. However, I discussed with our waitress, Evelyn, that I had Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy and she reassured me of menu items I could order safely without the risk of cross contamination. I ordered the steak carne asada burrito bowl with some modifications and it was 10/10. Also, the chips and salsa were delicious! I was so excited to have found a new restaurant that I can safely eat at without getting sick. Evelyn was so wonderful and even told me she'd make sure the chefs knew to change their gloves and how serious my allergies were. We will definitely be back and will definitely request her as our waitress again! Thank you, Evelyn, for taking such great care of our party of 10!!! :)
Went here a few weeks ago. The menu is an enhanced Chipotle in my opinion and food quality is okay but prices are almost double what you'd pay at Chipotle. We did have a party of nine but service was quite slow, multiple people received wrong or missing items and server was not attentive.

went in today for lunch and everything was good except food, yawl have got where your using to much french fries as fillers and hardly any meat. ihave a ac company and was bringing 4 or5 guys with but if i want fries there are a lot cheaper and better tasting places i could go, got to think if i will be coming back, so disappointed.

I called here three different times over several days because I was looking for catering for our wedding. I also filled out the catering inquiry form online. Each time I called I was told a manager would call me right back, and not once did I get a call back. If you are looking for catering Cactus Cantina is amazing. They actually answer the phone, and booked everything we needed the same day.
