I usually have no reason to complain. Food is always cooked to order. However, today I was not only shocked by the old food that was served to me. But the managers attitude was nastier than the food. I explained to her that my food was not cooked to order and it was old. She replied "hunnny our cooks, cook the food to order. If you wanna drive back up here then I'll have them to re-cook it for ya." So I took it back and asked for an apology and refund. She replied "she told me she's been cooking fresh all day". I made her aware that sometimes customers are right and we aren't calling to nag or get anything free. I asked her to open the sandwich and look at what she called fresh. She shrugged her shoulders. The lettuce has water bubbles the fish is greasy and uncooked. It was fit for the trash such as this experience today..For some reason I'm not able to upload pictures of this disgusting food. However I did post it on Facebook.

Fish was supposed to be spicy, it was so over fried there was no spice or flavor to it an the shrimp the same way almost un eatable. Do better especially at the prices your charging

Captain D was one of the decent fast food restaurants at one time. The food is subpar. The service is never friendly and definitely not going out of their way... To even refill drinks. The fish fillers are finger thin. If you want decent seafood at a good price skip this place! The prices increased but food quality and portion decreased.
