the food is normally good but the portion sizes don’t fit the price at all what so ever. literally high way robbery!!! can’t believe i paid $17.00 bucks for a meal that child could eat in full and still be hungry… this is not the first time this captain d’s has given small portions like this. the other pensacola location does the same thing as well. this is for sure my last time going to any captain ds because this “meal” was a serious rip off. these tenders aren’t even longer than my thumb and the little dap of okra that i paid a whole .69 cent extra for 🤬shame on whatever cook prepped this and the cashier too for allowing this to be given to a customer.

The worst food I have ever gotten there they git my order completely wrong to start then the meals they did give us looked like the fish was 3 days old not even warm. Dried and and old and the hush puppy's were not even edible. Worst service rude cashier and argumentative cook and refused refund and refused to remake our order or even make the right order.

Food was well prepared. Service was severely lacking. The cashier was greeted three times before responding with "for here or to go?" She wouldn't even make eye contact & seemed like she had better things to do. As I went to the restroom to wash my hands, there was a VERY strong odor of marijuana coming from the back area. I'm guessing the management doesn't care as long as the employees show up. No complaints on the food, just service was severely lacking.

Back in the day, this restaurant was a staple for my family on the weekends. However, I’ve seen the customer service decline in the sense of service efficiency and speed. The food is always cooked to order but it takes F.O.R.E.V.E.R for the drive thru. And I’m always puzzled because the only 1-3 cars in the parking lot are employees and NOT customers. So they’re not busy or swamped. I feel customers complain but this does not get better. EVER. I will say again the food is always good and the employees are not rude. So I guess that’s a plus in those areas.
