One of the things I always enjoy is finding somewhere to enjoy a meal that is local owned, and recommended by locals!
We went to try this place out and it was AMAZING! The seafood was seasoned and breaded very lightly so the flavor of the seafood was what was tasted.
I will give you a heads up on portion sizing. The combination platter we got was massive! We ordered the #2 combo and it came with 3-4 Swai filets l, 10 fresh Gulf Shrimp, and a pair of sides (she got fries and I got sweet potato fries) and a couple hush puppies. We had enough to take about half the fries, a filet and 3 shrimp with us.
If you go, whatever you do, ask for Sandra as your waitress! She has a witty sense of humor that completed the experience!
On a side note, they are relocating on 06 Sep 2025.

Sorry but every thing we had was a big letdown. Clam chowder was not what we expected! Not the New England style chowder we have had. Crab cakes were awful. I can’t believe this place has a good rating. Check it off our list

Passed off I'm not sure what for grouper. Trash fish. Shrimp overcooked. We are loyal customers. Disappointed.

Our experience did not reflect the 4.5 stars of the Google rating. My wife had a grilled grouper salad. The grouper was good but the salad was very heavy with feta and mozzarella cheeses with couple of cherry tomatoes and field greens.
I had the lunch portion of fried shrimp and oysters. Both were over cooked, tough and chewy. Came with hush puppies and coleslaw which were decent but average.
The restaurant appeared to be clean and service was friendly. There are a number of much better seafood restaurants in Pensacola.l
