We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.

One of my favorite meals I had when visiting Pensacola! I had the Harissa avocado bowl and it was delightful. They somehow made kale taste good to me. I usually hate vinaigrettes but the ones here are more on the creamy side than oily side. Will definitely be coming back 🤗
Honestly I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been to this location several times but haven’t been in a few months and I was shocked. First off they were out of falafel, crazy feta, and 3 different sauces. (Okay that’s fine I get stuff can run out) but on top of that that employees had a terrible attitude… not a smile from one and though they were out of stuff that I came for I did not complain one bit. To top it all off when I was eatting i literally found a dead fruit fly in my food.. :( whole fam disappointed. please save this cava

Mediterranean food, fast casual like chipotle, the person dishing out the vegetables was not clearly communicating what the food I ordered came with in spite of me saying I wanted everything it came with.

i’m here 4-5 nights a week. mari is so helpful and really helps me with that bowl. always a very friendly atmosphere. i love cava more than any other food place. especially this location. jayla is super friendly, and always greets me. tres always makes the bowl sooooo good. cava is definitely my favorite local spot. i also have the plushie (seen below). i love cava i love cava i love cava
