At the cava-Franklin location. I ordered $48.62. The pita that was served to me had visible mold on it. I didn’t discover to mold until after I got in the car and took a bite of it which had a mold taste. When I brought it back inside the manager refused to give a refund in store. They continued to serve people bread out of the same container which the moldy bread came from. And when I brought it up they tried to tell me it wasn’t the same bread as the bread I received was “whole,not cut” which is false. I had to make a seen and mention the health code in order for them to though it away. I took photos of the mold on the bread. Filed a complaint with corporate. Do not eat at this location.

Every time I place an online order. The staff forgets to include the pita chips. So far, this has happened twice in a row.
The second time I asked for the chips that were missing. I only got one out of the 2 that I ordered. How can I help the staff remember?

Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!

We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.

One of my favorite meals I had when visiting Pensacola! I had the Harissa avocado bowl and it was delightful. They somehow made kale taste good to me. I usually hate vinaigrettes but the ones here are more on the creamy side than oily side. Will definitely be coming back 🤗
Honestly I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been to this location several times but haven’t been in a few months and I was shocked. First off they were out of falafel, crazy feta, and 3 different sauces. (Okay that’s fine I get stuff can run out) but on top of that that employees had a terrible attitude… not a smile from one and though they were out of stuff that I came for I did not complain one bit. To top it all off when I was eatting i literally found a dead fruit fly in my food.. :( whole fam disappointed. please save this cava
