Kenny Was great, he is always so friendly and fast, and on my visit today I found it amazing that he noticed the rice was low and asked for fresh rice without me having to mention it. He’s always efficient and explains all the extra pricing. Great customer service
Food is really good. Wish I could say the same about the service. Mostly really young helpers and they are extremely slow with the exception of a couple of them who are friendly and quick. Don't go here if you're in a hurry unless you're the next one in line. Several staff are downright rude and don't even thank you when you check out. I've visited a few other CAVAs in other cities and they story is very different there.
I recently dined at Cava Restaurant in Penscola and had a great experience. The food is not only healthy but also incredibly delicious. A special shout-out goes to Jon who truly made my visit wonderful. His attentiveness and genuine care for his job were evident throughout the entire process. Jon's helpfulness and warm demeanor enhance the overall experience every time. Cindy and Cendrianna also contributed to the positive experience, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
