I saw a reply talking about confusion on hours.. there is no confusion here this place literally has no one working there. It’s always closed on lunchtime and this isn’t one time fluke either, I came for one straight week during lunch to see if anyone was around to take my order but I was crickets as usual. Be honest with yourselves just close the place down. If you got manager or employees telling you they’re showing up, they’re not.
2 cars in front at drive through and it took 30 min for the first car, which should have been my first sign to leave, but I stayed and ordered online since that side had no line but then that took 45 more minutes after my card was charged and they didn't even have any hot dogs. Only 2 people working. They were nice but the wait is ridiculous. Will never come back.
My order is never correct I pay for extra items to be added when my door dash delivered I didn't get what I paid for extra items. My chicken tenders were old and could not be eaten then we're dry and hard. The food was over all terrible.
While I cannot comment how this place is regularly, on my one-off visit, there was nobody in line and the food was super fresh. It was a bit of a wait for the food to be made, however.
Im apalled this place is still "open" at all. Its legitimately the worst fast food location in all of america. Its never open, even during posted hours. In the 3 years of trying to get my favorite fries, ive been able to order food 3 times. And when i do they are rude as hell and sloppy. They just dont want to work. Ive pulled in at 1039pm and watched them turn off the lights to not serve when they see a car on three separate occasions.Thia place must he a front because i dont understand how its still standing. The owner needs to shut down or fire everyone and start fresh. Complete diagrace.
Really good food, but ice cream machine was down. Parking lot could use from fresh concrete and paint.
A few weeks ago, on a Monday, I placed an order through the app. The order went through and I went to the restaurant to pick up my food. I called customer service and asked for my money back. I was told that it would be refunded in a couple of days. It's now been a few weeks and no refund. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.
Employees are great and hard workers but the management is horrible to have them working without AC. Only 2 employees and no AC in that hot box. This is wrong in so many ways. Thank you to the 2 nice ladies working in this condition. I would have shut this place down.
I've tried to go to this checkers multiple times the last few weeks, actually, I've tried both checkers in the area, but neither were open and it was still daylight out. Yesterday I had placed an online order, which went through and took the money, but when we got there, again, it was closed. I called customer service and they said it shows that the location is permanently closed. They told me the money would be automatically refunded at midnight, it was not.
At the drive through tonight I was told they are only taking online orders. I pulled out, parked, and placed an online order for the barrancas location. Per the instructions I went to the window to pick up my food at the designated time. Waited well past the promised time. No one was in there cooking. Saw an an employee sitting in the back. I knocked on the window, he wouldn’t come to the window. I called the restaurant, no answer. I called 800 customer service number and was told a refund will be processed in 3-4 days. The location is open, and taking online orders, and no one is filling the orders. What a rip off, this location needs to be closed.

This store is on the very lowest of lows. They or should I say she ( only one employee working) had no fries of any kind, no shakes only two kinds of soda. Burger poorly put together. Long line just to find out that basically had nothing.
I stopped going there years ago because the food was always cold and my order was never right. I decided to try them again after 3 years and it reminded me why i quite going there!! The food and the people are terrible!! WILL NOT EVER EAT CHECKERS AGAIN ON NAVY Boulevard
Bought 5 combos which were good but fries weren't even warm. I love their fries so was very disappointed that they weren't even good to snack on for the ride home.
This place is a joke. They have one employee who can’t keep up with orders. 30minute wait just to order in the drive through with only ONE car ahead of me. I gave up and left. Save your sanity and your money. Go eat someplace else. Any review of this place above 1 star is either Mother Teresa or it’s FAKE.This was my second and last attempt to eat here. The first time was worse. I reached out to Checkers customer service and they took all my info but did NOTHING to make things right. Never again. I hate Checkers and I’ve never even been able to try their food.Checkers, don’t try to respond with your fake sympathetic messages asking me to “reach out” via your pre-canned, generic website link. I’ve already tried and you did jack squat. Spare me the routine. It’s clear you don’t care about your customers.
I placed an order online and was told it would ne ready by such-and-such time. When it was ready, I drove to the store to pick it up and was told they were closed and didn’t open up until 11am. I attempted to ask about the order I placed, but they did not listen and ignored my question. I was not very impressed with their customer service and plan on going back at 11am to attempt to pick up my order.UPDATE: I came back at 11am to see if my order was received. The order was literally tossed in the trashcan. I showed them the order on the app, and they did make my food. I had to wait for 20-30 minutes. Once I finally received the order, it was missing a few items. I went back up to the window to get the rest and was only given 1 of the 2 items missing. At this point I finally just gave up and went home. I think this location is completely understaffed, untrained, and disorganized. Management needs to step it up and do a better job.
