The restaurant is clean and well run, with attentive staff who handle busy nights well. The food is excellent, including the chicken tenders, which are some of the best in town due to fresh battering, and the steak that is very peppery and well salted. The croissants are a nice addition, and the appetizer trio with ground beef queso is recommended. The place is also one of the last spots to get a monte cristo in town, and offers good pot pie and surprisingly good ribs. Overall, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen delivers consistent quality and generous portions, making it a worthy dining option.
