My wife and I go to Pensacola once a month and we usually stop at Cheddars. We never had a bad meal until yesterday. She got a salad and I got a burger. The burger was over cooked,the lettuce was wilted and the onions were old and they were the outside of the onion ring,chewy not crispy. I don't complain at restaurants because you never know what going to happen when the take your meal back to the kitchen. The service was great the young lady was very attentive and I still left a tip.I didn't eat much of it.

We ate dinner around 630pm, there was 0 checking on the meal quality till the very end. So I ate my steak and my veggies. The loaded baked was literally cold and ai took 2 bites and left it on the plate. Guess. They didnt even notice. Asked if I wanted a box, I asked for what, the cold potatoe? He said sorry about that and walked away. Worst location ever. Unfortunate

Ordered the Monte Cristo, something I get at every Cheddars from Texas to Florida. It came out extremely burnt. Said something to the server and she took it back. 10 minutes later she came out with another one which is also burnt, and said “here this one’s a little better” and it was still very burnt. The manager came up with the excuse that it’s supposed to look like that. It’s not supposed to be very cold inside and burnt and falling apart on the outside. Felt bad for the server for the cooks poor work. Photo is the less burnt one.

Had dinner around 7pm.. ordered my 1 year old some milk. He drank about 1/4 at dinner so we decided to bring the rest back to the hotel for later. Got to the hotel and put it in the fridge. When I went to make his bottle at 11pm I noticed it had CHUNKS in it… it was all curdled and separated. All I have to say is if my child gets sick from drinking this spoiled milk that they gave us, I will absolutely sue this establishment.

I went in and the vibe was off with the hostess.
So I got my honey Dijon chicken and a potato and green beans. The server was cool. The chicken was great, but the potato was overbaked and the green beans were sweet, which I thought was weird. The crescent rolls were great.

On their website, you have the choice of ordering for pick up or delivery. I chose to have two meals delivered to my home which is approximately seven minutes away from cheddars. I received multiple text updates indicating that Uber was making the delivery. The last text update indicated my food had been delivered to my home when in fact, it had not. I called the store to inquire. My phone call was rerouted multiple times. The third person I spoke to told me I would have to call Uber because the restaurant doesn’t actually make the delivery. Fortunately, my wife has happened to be driving into the neighborhood and saw that my delivery was being made six houses away from our address. Bottom line – just be aware that cheddar’s subs out Uber delivery and if you do not get your meal, you will have to go through Uber to try to get a refund.

So let me start by saying I've been here alot and loved the food but tonight I went in with my husband and sons. Server walked over and kept rubbing my husband's shoulder. She kept staring at him and addressed only him. Then food came out husbands salad was great my salad came out and it was lettuce and a few pieces of cheese. I tried to get her attention but she just walked by. My side salad had no dressing at all I waited 10 minutes still nothing manager walked by I said excuse me I told him that I had no salad dressing he was quite rude and took my salad in the back. Never to be seen again. Then food came out never received my salad BTW. My son's and my husband food amazing. My steak bloody order medium well. I waited appx 20 minutes and finally husband went and got someone else she take my food back, mind u I didn't eat anything not even my sides. Then she comes out with a side plate. My steak only on it. When I asked for my sides she stated u don't really need them. I got up walked out in tears. My husband asked for manager the 2 girls approached him with boxes and said he comped ur wife's meal. He never even came over to ask what happened nothing. Really surprised by the treatment. Hope they do better for others
