My wife and I go to Pensacola once a month and we usually stop at Cheddars. We never had a bad meal until yesterday. She got a salad and I got a burger. The burger was over cooked,the lettuce was wilted and the onions were old and they were the outside of the onion ring,chewy not crispy. I don't complain at restaurants because you never know what going to happen when the take your meal back to the kitchen. The service was great the young lady was very attentive and I still...
We ate dinner around 630pm, there was 0 checking on the meal quality till the very end. So I ate my steak and my veggies. The loaded baked was literally cold and ai took 2 bites and left it on the plate. Guess. They didnt even notice. Asked if I wanted a box, I asked for what, the cold potatoe? He said sorry about that and walked away. Worst location ever. Unfortunate
Everything was great. But our server seemed kind of preoccupied, we ended up getting our food by our hostess, which was odd and only half of it for a while. Took an extra 20 min to get the rest of our meal.
