They donât seal drinks when delivered I think this raises a big concern. They only seal the food. I didnât feel safe drinking my coffee because it wasnât properly sealed and could have easily been tampered with. I have wasted my money thinking it was going to be sealed. :(

This restaurant has a very efficient system for getting you in and out swiftly. I use the app, so I place my order in a matter of 2 seconds using Mobile Thru. It's smooth. My only and biggest disappointment is not getting all sauces requested sometimes, and the fry quality is not what it used to be 1-2 years ago. I really miss the soft white, melt in your mouth, fluffy potato waffle fries. Now they're always a tad charred to possibly burnt and tough to chew, and of course, the flavor is totally off with the low quality. Not just this store, but multiple Chick-fil-As have these types of fries now. I haven't had soft fries in a long time, and fries are my favorite part of the meal and sometimes the only thing I order on-the-go. But every other aspect of Chick-fil-A is still very good but because fries are so important to me in my meal and the MAIN reason I go to Chick-fil-A, I have to give a low 3-star satisfaction rating.

I am very disappointed in this chic fil a! As a 4.9 star rated door dasher, serving and delivering orders for this location didnât make me feel appreciated. I brought along my 4 month old with me to dash, at first I was happily taking her in and out restaurants with me to retrieve orders but once temperatures dropped to 30 degrees and she was in a deep sleep I politely started asking if dash orders could be picked up thru drive thru and surprisingly this location was the ONLY restaurant to tell me No, and with a smurk on their face stating that there were no exceptions but being that I am a former chic fil a employee at a diff location I know for a fact that it was a lie. So yes, I had to wake my infant up and bring her out into 30 degree weather just to be greeted with a smirk and worker pretending like she was trying to âmake everything easy for me to carryâ.. last but not least! they did not put a straw hole sticker over the straw hole, which makes customers question the trust of the door dasher playing with their drinks..

How is it that you have no menus for guests to look at? Just a damn kid with an iPad, neither of which can answer even basic questions about your top secret menu. Let me guessâŠscan a QR code and download your dumbass app? I shouldnât have to surrender my personal info to look at a menu that should be posted in your drive thru. Ridiculous.
