Ive been to this CFA countless times in the last decade, as I have other CFAs. The service and quality has gone downhill over the years. 5+ years ago I got my order fresh every time, and the people that worked there for YEARS were the nicest people. Especially the manager Matt. Since then it’s turned over so many employees I don’t recognize, service went down big time. I once witnessed the owner/operator yelling at employees in the back while she stood by and did nothing. When they asked her how to resolve the issue she didn’t know the answer. I’m not sure how it got resolved but one of the employees referred to her as “crazy Kathy” as I left…. I’m not sure if they got a new operator but it’s a shame. The last time I waited for 10+ minutes for nuggets, never again.

Paid extra for mac and cheese with bacon. They told me they were out, but then I heard the person in the kitchen call out saying they had some left and the people at the front told them not to make it so they could save it for deliveries. They were hesitant to give me a refund, too, when that was the main reason I wanted to get Chick Fil A in the first place. Y'all shouldn't be prioritizing delivery over people who actually made the effort to come to the store, and if I ask for a refund, just give me one.

This was honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten! The bread on my sandwich was soggy, and the french fries were cold and hard. The workers were horrible and they were very rude to an older man in front of me. They were giggling and laughing at him also. I would suggest hiring a new crew.

They need some training in customer service! I come here weekly and it's always the rudest staff. They never get the order right. My soup was so hot today that it scalded my mouth. ?

ordered my food and could hear the people in the back cussing! took 15 minutes just to get a sandwich and fries while the people who ordered after me already got there food. the chicken does NOT taste right and looks weird as well as the fries. DO BETTER.

They left our food on the side and forgot to call it out. After about 8 people received their orders our son went and asked where their order was but the lady just kept asking for the last name. They were rude, unprofessional and goofing off instead of making sure they were taking care of customers. The meal was cold and did not taste good, would not recommend the location at the mall.
