On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.

Biscuit was very hard, cold. Coffee was room temp and awful. Staff seemed to be bothered by customers, they were all standing around talking, including the manager.

Was evident during my 15 minute wait that the staff spend ample time talking and listening to music(which I can hear clearly at the register). Food was normal as every other Chick-fil-A but the service was the worst of all the ones I’ve been to.

Food is not as good as other Chick-fil-A. Menu is limited. (Eg cannot order Chick-fil-A meal.....) Always something missing in the order
Ate here in the airport. Food was fresh & came out fresh. Only thing that was a bummer was that they had no seating available compared to surrounding eateries. Still YUMMY!
This is the first time I've ever patronized this brand. I take meds in the morning and need to eat something, and my choices in the airport were limited. The company needs to keep their political views to themselves, they have a damn good breakfast sandwich.
