The staff fully maintains the chick-fil-a customer service standards even though they are in an airport. Food was hot and fresh and the staff truly cared about what they were doing, which is a skill you cannot teach. I appreciated having excellent customer service In the wee hours of the morning and the other customers felt the same.
I visited this airport location on Saturday morning September 27 during the last half hour of a busy breakfast rush. During my time in line, the credit card system went down and it was cash only. This Chick-fil-A absolutely deserves five stars! I recently ate at the Airport Blvd location and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, and it was a true delight. The Spicy chicken filet was crispy and juicy with no off-putting taste, perfectly paired with the creamy Pepper Jack cheese and fresh vegetables. The combination of flavors and textures was incredible.
