This Chick-fil-A location is a complete disappointment. While I appreciate that they deliver on base, their delivery system is a mess—they make multiple stops before reaching us, so the food always arrives late and cold.
Today, I decided to roll the dice despite knowing I’d likely get stale fries and lukewarm food. Unfortunately, it was even worse than expected. My bag arrived with a soaked bottom, and when I opened it, I found that the sandwich box was also completely wet. I initially thought it might have been placed on a wet surface, but who knows?
I called to report the issue and spoke with their manager, Faith. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, she immediately dismissed my complaint, claiming that their delivery photo showed no wet bottom. When I offered to bring the food and bag in so she could inspect it herself, she continued to be rude and unprofessional—just like the last time I dealt with her. Her overly sweet voice isn’t fooling anyone. She does not exude the customer service you’d expect from Chick-fil-A.
It was only after I mentioned escalating the issue to customer service that she suddenly changed her tune and reluctantly offered a replacement. However, given her attitude, I have zero confidence in accepting food from this location again.
Lesson learned. Chick-fil-A app deleted, and they won’t be getting another dime from me. Thanks for the awful service, Faith.

I went around 9:30 tonight through the drive through, I was rushed by Eli and I asked for cheese on my sandwich and didn't receive it because he did not add it to my ticket. I understand 30 minutes until close but you still treat your customers with respect and make sure their order is correct no matter what. This is the second time in 2 months I've been rushed and my order end up being wrong at this location.
Always a great experience here and one of the reasons I go here for lunch. The staff is always friendly and eager to help and in particular, Frankie provides such great customer service.
As good as fast food can get.
