Visited on a whim because many places were closed for the 4th of July Holiday. Such a lovely place! Dannica was our waitress and she was SO incredibly sweet! I had the Steak Omelette and my partner had the Southern Comfort Breakfast. Both entrees were incredible! The omelette had the perfect ratio of egg, steak, peppers, onions, and cheese and the biscuit was so soft and yummy! Delicious food, decent prices, and wonderful service. Will definitely be back!

A very nice breakfast place in Pensacola! The food was excellent I ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very fresh. The waffles was great. The service was fast and had a nice southern charm. I’ll definitely be back!!

The reason for the lost star was because there were about 4 employees mulling around engaged in personal conversation in the passage way between the dinning area and the restroom not caring to pay attention and politely step aside to let customers by.

We go here often after church. We have never had a bad experience or bad food. Last Sunday we took a friend for his first time and he was impressed as well. Our waitress was Faith and she was a treat! Very personable and anything we asked for, she made it happen! Right down to lots of cream and sugar for our friend that doesn't like his coffee to taste like coffee. Her recommendation for the cinnamon swirl pancakes was spot on!! They did change my life! For the better! I may never order anything else!

What a GREAT find! This local business is located in the old IHOP Building on Pensacola Blvd. The food was Great, service was Great, prices were also Great. Definitely will be returning for regular visits. Also, kids eat free from 2 pm - 7 pm. (I think. Will confirm on our next visit)

They have a great private room for groups & Jennifer the GM was very helpful so we would highly recommend Chicken ‘N The Egg to everyone in Pensacola!! Praise Jesus!!! ?

We showed up at an off-time, and were unsure if they were open. They were. And I am glad we went in. Our server was great! And our meal was fantastic. Definitely better than the IHOP that used to be here, in my opinion.

Great service in a friendly atmosphere.Coffee could have been stronger. Pancakes tasted like a box mix, just over warm & not enough butter to cover both.I'm still going to go back. I'll probably try the French Toast next time or a lunch. Nothing even close to cause me not to.

I ate at the Chicken 'N the egg sometime last year when they first opened, but I was not especially impressed. Then last week I went with a group after church and really enjoyed the food and the restaurant. We had an especially good waitress named Faith who saw to our every need. The food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The prices were reasonable. I would say the menu is not exceptional but it's just good ole American cooking.

We have had breakfast several times, and it is always very good. Today we had Pete as our server and he did an outstanding job. We found out that this was his first week. We were very impressed with how attentive and friendly he was. We will be asking for Pete the next time we go.

My husband and I were in Pensacola for an appointment early and decided to get breakfast. Skipping over the usual places and saw this place on Hwy 29. So glad we stopped! All the employees were very friendly, laidback atmosphere and the food was super fresh and fast. Aerial was our waitress. Very clean, professional and polite. Thank You!!
