I went to the establishment today and I ordered the classic chicken salad sandwich BLT
I specifically asked for NO BACON on my sandwich. It came WITH BACON and no tomato….
And then I ordered the broccoli salad as a side. Common sense would tell me if I asked for no bacon on my sandwich, they should’ve also let me know that the broccoli salad has bacon in it as well however didn’t.
The only thing I would recommend this restaurant to people would be for the dill pickle slice that got served with the sandwich that had bacon on it.

The restaurant was clean, the food was good, but what I wanted to highlight most was the customer service and how pleasant the staff was!! Everyone was so friendly and had smiles on their faces! They truly added to the dining experience ☺️

My wife and I had a very tired and crazy 2 year old with us after a road trip and Amy and Veronica went out of their way to put a smile on his face and make sure he felt happy. All of the workers on that shift were so kind. They really went above and beyond to make our experience great! Highly recommend!!

I am a person who has regularly eaten at Chicken Salad Chick and always enjoy the experience... However today I was quite disappointed with my order..I don't know if anyone has addressed this issue with you, but it's very difficult to hear and understand what the sales clerk is saying. Your outside amplifier is very raspy and hard to understand. When we got our lunch home, we didn't have any lettuce or tomato on our sandwiches . We didn't get any crackers for the soup and my pickle was put next to my sandwich, and the juice got all over. My son in law said other restaurants put their pickles in baggies. I'm sorry this happened, because as I said before, your food is generally very good. Please check your drive through speaker This could certainly help the next person.Thanks in advance... Chris Stark
This CSC isn't as well staffed as the others that I have been to. The last 2 times that I ate here, I got stomach upset. The last time was food poison with fever. After reading the other low quality reviews, I now see why. Ewe! No longer returning here.

Usually this place is good ( anywhere besides Pensacola location) but the line literally took over 30 min long & workers gave me no napkins or fork for my salad and the bread is stale

Went in looking for a to go meal for eight to celebrate my 99 year old aunts birthday. They took care of me with flying colors. 100/100.
I went through the drive through to order my food, once I got my food I had to park and go inside because they forgot two of my sides. I didn’t really care about that, simple mistake, but what ruined my meal was once I pulled off and started to eat, there was a hair in my pasta salad, it grossed me out and I couldn’t finish my meal.
