I’ve visited this place probably 5 times now. Not one of those five times has the bar been clean to sit at. When the blonde bartender is there, she is attentive and excellent to deal with. When she is not there, service is lacking, the ranch is so watered down that it doesn’t stick to the fries or anything and drips all over the place, very high priced food for super low quality. Yesterday I had the chicken fingers with fries and Mac and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was watery, I had all the crumbs of the remaining cold fries mixed in with my chicken tenders all plopped on the plate in one pile. The fries were cold… I swore I wasn’t gonna come back but I did. I’ve never had an excellent experience here where everything was fine. For the prices this place charges, you’d expect an average dining experience with clean seating and attentive servers. Not here. That’s non existent.

Waitress was nice, but took forever to get service so had to go find somebody to take our order. Got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, was very dry & skimp. Definitely not worth it, with all things considered. I'd probably have had a better time, service & food at McDonalds. (I guess we ended up sitting near a booth with grown folks who was having his birthday party - at Chili's 😆, and idk, they were literally screaming like it was a football game or something, bless their hearts, lol) 2 stars instead of 1 because the waitress was nice, but ultimately I didn't really care for any of it.

Restaurant is almost empty there's dozens of clean table but hostess says they'll be a 15-20 min wait. I said for what? Can we not just sit and order drinks? She says no we have no clean tables. I'm clearly looking at at least 20 clean tables and she literally proceeds to tell me that more tables will have to be clean for her to seat the 2 of us!!!!! Ok bye.

We signed up and got free chips and salsa. Fresh chips, nice. Got the chicken enchilada soup and it was my favorite, yummy! We had the ribs and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Both were very good. The ribs were very tender with plenty of meat. The Mac n cheese side had over cooked (mushy) pasta. The quesadilla had a great taste. Plenty of food. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive.

The chicken crispers are almost always not crunchy and taste really oily, its like 50/50 for me getting sick after eating here. I went by there yesterday and got turned away because their system was down.

We went to this location tonight & was so disappointed!!! 1. We asked for booth, as we have my son’s carseat and we don’t want to block the space with stroller but they said they don’t have one as they have closed 1 side completely. 2. The waitress came to me and was like we are out of coke and dr. Pepper, we don’t have pasta and mac & cheese too, later on another 2 tables they served mac&cheese to a kid, and pasta on another table to a lady!! 3. We ordered our drinks and food! Drink came out quick along with my husband’s food but my burger took atleast 45-50mins! My husband already finished his food and I was still waiting on mine! My husband had to remind her and she was like, ohh! Yeh your veggie burger! 4. We even order trio dip which never came!!!
We never had this kind of experience at any of the locations we had eaten till now.. Would definitely not coming back to waste our money.
Thanks but no thanks for your services tonight. We were not there to have dinner for free, we were paying money for the our dinner and services.

The air conditioner was broken down and they had air conditioning setup inside with air conditioning blowing and and the time it took to get our meals was a little long it was not overly packed in there June the children's menus are the food for the children came out quickly but the adult men use which was three adult menus it seemed to take quite a long time it the children started getting very restless and they had already finished their meals and we had to order some dessert for them in order to keep them keep them entertained to keep them settle down
