I would remind your asian night bar tender that the service she gives at 1045pm should be just as good as the svc she gives at 3pm. I get its annoying having someone walk in 45min to close, BUT regardless your open til 1130 & shes aware of last call time which was 1115 & also aware shes stuck until at least 1130 whether she has customers or not, so might as well give your best service regardless-time goes much quicker when your not twiddling your thumbs. Plus to be courteous we ASKED would it be a problem if we ordered, & told her we understood if it was. - id rather her be honest about needing/wanting to get out than be rushed to eat. Isnt “were open late” chilis main slogan? Plus we only ordered a bowl of soup & 1 appetizer. The drink was pure mix, the food was good & hot so KUDOs to the kitchen but the srver/bartenders(same person) service reflected her attitude which was short, rude and annoyed. If i had paid and not my husband, her tip wouldve reflected her. We were rushed to order and rushed to leave, she brought a box less than 5min after getting food, without even asking for it, clearly hinting we needed to go, plus still 15min before even last call. He graciously still left 20% but she deserved about 10. The tip should reflect the service and hers was below subpar. Id remind you're ppl, just bc they think they're entitled to 20%, they're not.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. The mashed potatoes were very delicious. Our waiter was attentive yet unobtrusive, for which we are grateful. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere. Several tables were occupied by groups of friends having a great time.
I would suggest adding orange juice to the menu, but even without it, our dinner was excellent.

Our server was Mario and he was FANTASTIC. I never leave reviews but my husband put it on the little kiosk how wonderful he was and Im making this review before I leave. We had 9 people including 5 kids and we didnt have to ask for a refill even once, he anticipated oir every need and was just one of the best servers Ive had at any restaurant in YEARS. Excellent service!!!
My family and I had lunch here today and everything was amazing! I want to give a huge shoutout to our waitress, Amber. She’s so sweet and attentive. She was awesome with my 3 boys and made sure they had drinks.
60$ for two with water should be able to give good service. Our waitress ignored us most of the time. Only took our order and brought us boxes and probably expected a 20% tip. Wasn’t paying 12$ for taking my order. Chilis used to make sure there wait staff was trained and was customer orientated not any more.

If I could rate the quality of food lower I would. Been there several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but to no prevail. I ordered a steak cooked medium and it came even more raw than it was when it was prepared. Absolutely terrible. I waited 45 minutes before the server even came to my table. Never again will I give them my business
