My mom and I had a very disappointing experience at Chili’s today. Our server, Carleigh, was inattentive, rushed us, and often walked away while we were still speaking. We were never rude with her and were friendly from the beginning. With over 6 years of experience in the service industry, I know this level of service was unacceptable. Multiple times I had to physically turn around in my booth to speak/ask her a question because she was already running away from our table, while we were mid-sentence. Completely rude. We never asked for a discount, yet one was added to our bill, which felt assumptive and unprofessional. Having extensive industry experience, I am unfortunately aware of the stereotype that certain demographics “just want money off the bill,” and the unsolicited deduction felt assumptive and inappropriate. This response did nothing to address the actual issue, which was the unprofessional treatment we received from our server. No alternate server was provided, and staff only stared at our table instead of helping. One kind employee assisted us at the very end, but overall we felt disrespected and poorly treated.

We were a party of four we ordered our food and after an hour we grabbed an employee that was walking by as our server had disappeared so they went to find him. He finally came to our table and asked for what problem was and we said we haven't got our food yet. He went back to the kitchen and came back out and told is that our food was sitting on top of the counter but they lost our ticket so that's why it was never brought to us he wouldn't go to manager. We explained what happened to her. She said she would go look into it and she didn't come back until we asked for her again. Then she said well they could make the food for us all over again we should know and finally left would never go back there again

We a party of two only. Waited more than 20 minutes to be seated. And there where tables and booths available. Once we where seated. Our server was terrible. Just went by 3 times asking if everything was OK. But, kept walking. The food was terrible as well as the service. Don't recommend this Chili's.

Hadn't been in quite some time and the food was mediocre and service was nothing to come back for. Once our food came out our server never even came back to check or see if we needed anything. The mac n cheese side was like watered down cheese soup and had 4 noodles in it, the ribs were fatty and we didn't even finish them. We didn't know they stopped carrying the corn which was great and they no longer offer 2 for 1 margaritas or draft beer. Very disappointing experience.
