I’d appreciate the store manager reaching out to my wife or I. I will not be disrespected and blamed for inconveniencing your employees at a business I’m spending money at. To ignore me and close the window multiple times on me while I was trying to talk. She also was extremely rude and blamed us for being early to the EMPTY restaurant to pick up our food. Another employee had to guess at her name and told us Catarina. Unsure if that’s even true.

Very disappointed I spent over $50 in this restaurant barely got any food if I could give them zero stars I would they charge you for double meat but don’t give you double meat. Go up there to try to fix the order employee is acting like they have attitudes and acting like they’re mad because you’re complaining about your order. Yes when you spend your money at a restaurant, you expect to get what you pay for I would never go back to chipotle.

Warning: Small Protein Portions

At approximately 6:45–7:00 p.m., I arrived at the Chipotle on Nine Mile. After waiting in line for about ten minutes to get through only two people ahead of me, I was able to order my bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, and chicken. After the young gentleman scooped out the chicken, I did a double take as it looked less than the normal 4 oz portion of chicken customers are supposed to receive. I know this because I regularly measure chicken on a scale when counting calories. What was in my bowl was not close to 4 oz.

The gentleman then asked if I would like anything else, which is when I asked for a little bit more chicken because the portion looked light. He responded, “Oh, you want a double portion of chicken?” I said no, I just wanted a little more since it didn’t look like 4 oz. He replied, “Oh, I can’t do that,” and passed the bowl to the young woman down the line. I asked for salsa and lettuce and again asked for a little more chicken since there was hardly anything close to 4 oz. I don’t know if she actually heard me, but she proceeded to put the lid on and slide it to the cashier.

When the cashier asked if I wanted anything else, I asked for a side of sour cream and, for the third time, requested a little more chicken because the portion looked light. Thankfully, she was able to fulfill the request and gave me a side container with a little more chicken. I then left the store to eat my bowl at home.

To make sure I wasn’t imagining things, I used my kitchen scale and scooped out every piece of chicken from my bowl after zeroing out the weight of the kitchen bowl. The total came to 2.5 oz — well short of the 4 oz portion Chipotle lists. I then weighed the “extra” portion of chicken, which came out to 1.4 oz, still under 4 oz, total.

This was my first time at this location, and it was not a great experience. Ultimately, I left with close to the standard portion of chicken, but I shouldn’t have had to ask three times for the correct amount. Employees need to know what the standard portion size actually is and not immediately tell a customer they “can’t” receive it.

My girlfriend who was kind enough to go get me food from here and it was the worst food ever. First of all the works were not paying attention and put MY free guac in someone else’s bag. Secondly when I got the food there was more sour cream than there was actual food. Thirdly when we also got the food it was cold. The hottest thing in the bowl and her burrito was the hot sauce I had to add to it. Finally the chips were stale beyond saving. It felt like I was chewing rubber. All in all this was not a good experience for her or me!

Ordered online. Asked for extra of certain items. Did not receive it as it should have been fixed and some things I asked for inside of my item was not added. I purchased a large queso dip for 10 bucks and they sent a regular size as well. My family and I could barely divide it. And the chips were too salty and stale. This costs too much not to get what you ask and pay for. Not ordering again.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but the 9 Mile Road location has been really disappointing. The food line is dirty and not kept up, and no one greets you when you walk in. Last week I came in about 2 hours before closing and they were already out of several items. I decided to give them another try today at 3 pm, right in the middle of the afternoon, and they were out of multiple items again.
On top of that, the other Pensacola location on North 9th Ave was recently cited for rodent droppings, which makes me even more concerned. Now if I want a decent Chipotle experience, I have to drive all the way to Pace. It’s ridiculous for a national chain to struggle this much with cleanliness, customer service, and basic food availability.

My burrito was a soupy, sloppy mess. Also, $3 for stale chip crumbs with no salsa is absolutely criminal.

Not exaggerating, every single time I go to this particular location they are out of food or having problems. The last 15 times (and counting) they have not had veggies, the last 3 times they have been out of either steak or chicken, and the last time I went they left me waiting for 8 minutes before even talking to me (the only person in line) just to tell me they had no meat at all. And I'm not talking 5 minutes before close: I mean like 6 pm! Its been, not exaggerating one bit, months since I have had their veggies because every single time they are out. Thats crazy.

I also took a girl here 15 minutes before close and they started serving her rice and stuff, but then turned her away because they already weighed the chicken, cutting corners to go home early, and were too lazy to reweigh it. So they turned away a paying customer who was there 15 minutes before close. It's one thing to get ahead on cleaning, but you dont weigh the food until you lock the doors.

Its just sloppily managed and a total mess. They leave toppings and sauces all over the makeline order after order for some reason, and then for whatever bewildering reason they insist on sliding your burrito right through the mess, dragging through tomatoes and corn salsa, so those toppings you didnt want have now become one with your tin foil.

I freaking love chipitle. But this one is kind of a catastrophe.

I love chipotle but I will not be returning to this location. By far the worst service and food I have encountered.

The bowls are not as full as they should be. I thought one or two times this happened it would be possible error, but no this has happened every time I place a mobile order.
