I love guacamole on my food and I don't mind paying extra for it. The portion I got was generous but tasteless. A little more watery than I am used to get getting at Mexican restaurants. The barbacoa is excellent, as the server said, I enjoyed it. All the other toppings were good.

This location used to be so good- the last years it’s gone way down hill. Always out of food, not cleaning as they go and portion sizes are not to spec. I’m gluten free and this is the only location I’ve gotten sick from. Just came to try again after a few months and SUPRISE, out of rice and chicken at 6 pm. Someone from corporate needs to get this location in order and FAST.

Awful. There should be no reason to be out of carne asada, adobo chicken, and queso at 6:30pm. It’s ridiculous and they love to give you small portions too. Some people even walked out because they were out of everything smh. The employees act like they’re clueless and it’s so unprofessional. I won’t be going back to this location ever.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now hoping and praying it would get better every time. Long story short it hasn’t. The Manager that has the stature of a small garden gnome always has a bad attitude. I’ve witnessed her slamming things around all because she has to serve customers. Also the whole restaurant starts to soft clock out at about 10 o clock. Out of Chicken? Welp that’s too darn bad because we ain’t making anymore is the kind of attitude that this location gives off. You pretty much get treated like an inconvenience even though they are getting paid to be there. This review has been a long time coming. Chipotle you need to take a close look at this location and maybe hire some different people because the service is just straight up sad. A disabled grandma with no legs would probably serve me faster and have a better attitude than most the employees there.

I had started to avoid Chipotle everywhere because they had dried food and no fajita. However, I came early on nov 11 and i had my first good meal at Chipotle in a while. OUTSTANDING!

They didn't have any white rice or chicken ready had to wait then the rice was hard and the carne asada was poor quality definitely not the same quality as before not to mention the portion your better off cooking at home.

Bad service
Worst service ever at this 9 mile location. No reason im waiting in this mobile pick up line for 30 minutes to pick up my order that was ready 45 minutes ago. If other customers food isnt ready then they need to send to the back of the line. Glad my food is now cold

This is based on the chipotle lane! It's made to pick up your order from the window when your order is READY! So if your order isn't ready, don't sit there and hold up the people whose orders are READY! Employees, you need to start telling cars to pull around or wait in the parking lot until their order is completely READY! I shouldn't be picking my food up 20 mins after it's been ready.

Horrible, line is always disgusting! bunch of cross contamination, Constantly out of stuff and they refuse to restock product when it’s middle of dinner rush just saying “ we’re out” Never any cheese, chicken, steak. This is a horribly ran chipotle.

There was cooked meat on the grill but no one was cooking. They were out of meat and veggies and seemed unconcerned when we walked out.

They were completely out of grilled vegetables and no one in the kitchen was cooking. They were also out of cooked chicken. This was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on a Wednesday. No one really seemed to care.
