Worst experience at chipotle of my life. Order was suppose to be ready at 9:50pm get in the drive through line there's two cars in front of us and 2 behind of us we all sat for 30 minutes before someone opened the window for the first car after the guy waved and yelled at the window the whole time. They gave him his food after the guy right in front of us walked inside grabbed his food. We ended up having to back up and go inside and saw the employees acting like they would rather be anywhere else. A guy taking a break 30 minutes before they closed and already having no food because they didn't wanna make more. They acted like the drive through didn't exist and acted like we were inconvenience for being there. These employees need to be fired it was ridiculous and I'm normally a nice person cause I've worked in the resturant business but damn.
Great food, great atmosphere, good service. I am always impressed with how I am treated here even when it’s extremely busy. They may not always be smiling, but they are working, they are kind, and they do their job well. I never question why I’m in line for so long because I can see everyone working and moving and doing their job, and trying their best to get things moving along. Thank you for great food and a great experience!

Food was ok, typical chipotle, flavorless ,expensive, and out of a lot of items like usual… but the real MVP here was how outstanding they are at making sure that they never make an effort to clean the restaurant the entire time they are open. Trash everywhere, food on almost all the tables, and garbage overflowing. This restaurant is always a trash dump with employees who are so unhappy looking as a result of horrid mismanagement.

The food was not as good as the other Chipotles I've been to. The food was kinda cold tbh. Service was alright, only one person on the make-line but it was super slow. The atmosphere was calming and beachy, definitely nice for tourist.

EVERY single time ive been to this location they have been out of veggies. Regardless of time. Regardless of day. Super frustrating for someone who is a loyal chipotle customer and doesnt eat meat. Every now and then, understandable, every time especially at prime hours and you dont plan on making anymore? Not so much
I was there on Saturday night Oct 12 , we were the last customers , they were out off steak but the manager which has great customer service her and the other lady made it happen .. we took 8 plates and they made sure that we be satisfied , thanks for ur great service

I was on the way home and decided to swing into chipotle to grab some dinner we frequent there regularly but normally order online I stopped at the 9 mile location there was a possibly seven or eight people in line and there was a gentleman that was helping customers and given spoon proportions full of chicken in the bowl there was a lady to come and told him to get on the cash register the next two guys that was in front of me went and the guy asked for more chicken because she literally gave him a tablespoon size full of chicken he then ask for a little more ishe gave him two more pieces he shrugged and shook his head . I’ve being next and when she fixed mine it was even less chicken than what she gave the customer before me which had already complained keep in mind the previous employee was given the normal portion size that chipotle gives in their bowls. When it was my turn she literally was looking very rudely to me and I asked her could I get more and she gave me a few more pieces still very slim portion. The next guy got up and she gave him a even slimmer portion than what I had received keep in mind it was at 9:45 when I arrived it was not close to closing time but you could see she was trying to stretch the food so she did not have to make more this customer asked could he get more and she shrugged and looked at very nasty & rudely and he said I will pay for double an she was throwing in bowl I then said the boy before you was giving out normal sizes that we normally get and she said that is why I put him on the register and took him off the line the gentleman behind me that was paying for the double said that he would pay for the double meat she began to argue with him and she told him that I do not have to serve you he then asked why because I asked for double chickenn and ofred to pay for it considering you were only giving three or four pieces of meat? As you can see from my reviews I very rarely give them maybe 3 in a lifetime but I have never been embarrassed to be around people because of the way and employee spoke to her coworkers and also to her customers she was the most rudest lady I had ever seen I asked her for her name her name was Natalie. It’s really sad that Natalie hast to ruin this experience for everyone because we frequent 9 mile location very regularly I have never been spoken to by any person in the food industry that way I am super glad that I was not the inspector for reviews or the inspector of the food chain because there would’ve been a negative review . Natalie needs to be spoken to about the way she speaks to her customers and her coworkers. It was VERY distasteful. Never again will I visit this location if Natalie is working , her coworkers were literally looking at her and scared to speak when she was yelling and being rude to everyone.
So I came in from out of town and came to the Chipotle here off Nine Mile. There was a guy who was doing his job very well and then a girl named Natalie came and snatched it from him and started giving us not even a whole or half scoop full of chicken. I asked if I could get more and she said she just pulled the other guy off of the line and sent him the register because he wasn’t doing his job correctly. She was talking about the employee in front of everyone very embarrassing for him. She was very very nasty and told me she did not have to serve me because all I did was ask for some more chicken even told her I would pay extra if I had to. I would never come back to this place and I will do anything I can to make sure no one else has an experience like I did. Natalie is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Not only was she being nasty to the guest, but she was also being very nasty to her coworkers.
